They just let the phone ring (which once in awhile I get because they could be busy. But, all the time?), and 9 times out of 10 I have to go inside and get my own order after them saying it's ready. You know what Big Lots, you are not worth the trouble for customers to jump through hoops to purchase from you.

The collection of Trolls is enormous and, as we were told, continues to grow and grow and grow. Our tour guide had some great information, fun facts, history and answers to all our questions. We started upstairs and the themed rooms (and fun) almost seem never ending. We saw Trolls of all shapes and sizes. All different mythologies and pop culture influences. From handmade to original myth to the newer versions. We left in awe of the massive scale of this collection. There's a gift shop with unique and rare finds of Trolls as well. From T-Shirts to beads, you can definitely find something to take home with you. Prices were fair for all the rarity of the items. There are a lot more pictures I could upload, but I refuse to rob you of the wonder and surprise that can only come from enjoying this collection, up close and with your own eyes.
