After doing a quick search on Yelp I discovered that there was a TJ Maxx about two miles away. I was in luck, shopping here I come. I arrived to find this location of TJ Maxx in a shopping complex and easily found a parking spot. I grabbed a cart and made my usual loop around the store. One of the first things I noticed was how happy all the employees were. They were rather joyful, and it put a big smile on my face. I ended up finding a beautiful Two Faced makeup palette (I'm obsessed) and two beautiful sweaters. Check out was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this TJ Maxx store again. Clean, organized, friendly staff, everything you'd want in a shopping experience.

Just like every zoo and amusement park rides end in a gift shop, all TJM's start you off in purses! So, that is where I begin because there are always good deals! From there, I look at jewelry, hair products, shoes, and then slow down the pace while checking things out in the home department. Who doesn't love looking at sheets, towels, art, jars, frames, candles, etc? TJM is mecca of all things good and tempting, just like Target but in a more exciting way because you just never know what you're going to find!

Just keep an eye open for that bright orange banner out front, you can't miss it. The first thing I noticed at this location was, although it's on the smaller side, it's set up well to pack a lot in. The sections were all pretty organized & it seemed like they did a good job at keeping alike items in the same area. They had loads of costumes, plenty of outdoor decor & a good selection at their T-shirt wall. It didn't feel like this location lacked too many items. I also liked how they had animatronics out that I hadn't seen in person yet this year. There were a good handful set up which I was surprised to see given the size of the store. Still, this area didn't feel clustered at all either. When checking out, the employee was friendly & got me on my way quickly. Be sure to look for the 20% discount coupon they send out during the season. It's always a good time to stop by the Halloween store!

The store itself is very aesthetically appealing. It is actually pretty organized, especially compared to other stores in the Southern Park Mall. Customer service is average. Some days it's good, some days it's not the greatest. The clothes are stylish, but I feel like you always have to try things on here because nothing seems to consistently fit true to size. I'll come in here for accessories sometimes, like scarves, gloves, etc. but I prefer not to shop for clothing as it is not that great in quality. Overall, I recommend this place if you're into the latest styles and trends but not looking for super high-quality of clothing and do not mind if something only lasts a few wears.

The store has a really cool design and layout and is usually pretty organized! The prices aren't bad, they're pretty comparable to the same brands and items elsewhere. Tilly's frequently has various sales and promotions which is awesome. My favorite thing about this store is the EXCELLENT customer service!! Many retail companies are lacking anymore when it comes to customer service, especially in the Southern Park Mall, but Tilly's really goes above and beyond! Overall, I would highly recommend this store for outstanding customer service and the hottest trends!

My favorite places to go in this plaza are Target, Starbucks (inside Target), ULTA Beauty, The Salon at ULTA, Kohl's, Panera, Rise Pies, and The Vitamin Shoppe. I'll sometimes venture into other stores as well. The only complaint I really have is the parking lot, which could be organized to keep traffic flowing much better than it currently is. Be prepared for tons of traffic in this plaza, especially on weekends. There are some vacant retail spaces right now, and I'm hoping they will keep filling up as they have been recently. I think this plaza could really benefit from a good restaurant or a grocery store. Overall, I would recommend shopping here. It's a convenient location in the center of Boardman.
