The ordering process is easy, I just use the app on my phone, find my items and complete my order. This order was ready within 1 hour, they usually say give them two hours. You check in once you arrive and wait. I never waited over 10 minutes. The associates are wearing masks and maybe gloves, they confirm your name or order number from your app and put your items in the trunk if you like or hand them to you. It is a pretty smooth process! I will definitely continue to use the pick up option as long as it's available!

This location is extremely convenient because it is close to a Giant Eagle and several other grocery stores so I can get the things I need that aren't available at Target. I gave 2 stars because tonight I visited near closing time and was trying to get done picking things up so I could leave and they could close the store. There was this one employee with a very sour look on her face who made me feel very unwelcome as I was trying to get my items, almost like she was going to forcefully kick me out if I stood there for two seconds longer. I forgot my oat milk when I was checking out and went back to get it, and was exchanging evasive glances with this employee (who was hanging around the food area) as I was trying to stay out of her way, get my oat milk, and leave respectfully. She went up to me and said rudely "You need to go to the front" and FOLLOWED me (too closely) all the way back to the register. It was like I was running away from her and she was trying to arrest me. This sent me into a nervous breakdown with a lot of shaking (I have moderate-to-severe autism and get overstimulated/have breakdowns very easily). I will be avoiding this location for now.

I was paying with cash and the girl working glared at me from across the checkout area. Staring me down like I was going to steal one of the two items I had. I rang them up and tried to put cash in not realizing that I forgot to hit "pay with cash." Instead of her coming over in a polite manner like she should have, she rushed over, shoved in front of my son and hit the buttons on the screen without saying a word. Then huffed and went back over to stand in her corner and stare people down. I have been here many many times and have never seen this girl. Her rudeness was completely unacceptable. She didn't say "welcome to five below" or bye or anything. I know for a fact the person working in that area always says something on the way in and on the way out.
