I arrived to find this location of TJ Maxx in a shopping complex and easily found a parking spot. I grabbed a cart and made my usual loop around the store. One of the first things I noticed was how happy all the employees were. They were rather joyful, and it put a big smile on my face. I ended up finding a beautiful Two Faced makeup palette (I'm obsessed) and two beautiful sweaters. Check out was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this TJ Maxx store again. Clean, organized, friendly staff, everything you'd want in a shopping experience.

I was paying with cash and the girl working glared at me from across the checkout area. Staring me down like I was going to steal one of the two items I had. I rang them up and tried to put cash in not realizing that I forgot to hit "pay with cash." Instead of her coming over in a polite manner like she should have, she rushed over, shoved in front of my son and hit the buttons on the screen without saying a word. Then huffed and went back over to stand in her corner and stare people down. I have been here many many times and have never seen this girl. Her rudeness was completely unacceptable. She didn't say "welcome to five below" or bye or anything. I know for a fact the person working in that area always says something on the way in and on the way out. Maybe I'm being a Karen but the amount of money I spend in that place, I shouldn't be stared at like a common criminal and then get an attitude at check out.
