I arrived to find this location of TJ Maxx in a shopping complex and easily found a parking spot. I grabbed a cart and made my usual loop around the store. One of the first things I noticed was how happy all the employees were. They were rather joyful, and it put a big smile on my face. I ended up finding a beautiful Two Faced makeup palette (I'm obsessed) and two beautiful sweaters. Check out was a breeze and I wouldn't hesitate to visit this TJ Maxx store again. You check in once you arrive and wait. I never waited over 10 minutes. The associates are wearing masks and maybe gloves, they confirm your name or order number from your app and put your items in the trunk if you like or hand them to you. It is a pretty smooth process! I forgot my oat milk when I was checking out and went back to get it, and was exchanging evasive glances with this employee (who was hanging around the food area) as I was trying to stay out of her way, get my oat milk, and leave respectfully. She went up to me and said rudely "You need to go to the front" and FOLLOWED me (too closely) all the way back to the register. It was like I was running away from her and she was trying to arrest me. This sent me into a nervous breakdown with a lot of shaking (I have moderate-to-severe autism and get overstimulated/have breakdowns very easily). I will be avoiding this location for now.
