The mall is well maintained and has a decent food court. The food court is a rotating door, you never know what place will be in or out next. The shops are mainly clothing or shoes. Belden Village Mall is... fine. It has a decent mix of stores--everything from clothing chains to small specialty shops--and it's nice to have a shopping option in Canton that isn't just strip malls. The layout is easy enough to navigate, and the food court offers the usual variety of quick bites if you need a break while shopping. That said, the mall definitely feels a little dated in spots, and some areas could use a refresh. A few stores have closed down, which makes certain sections feel a bit empty. Parking is usually manageable, but it gets hectic during weekends and holidays. Overall, it's a solid place to shop if you need to knock out errands or browse for clothes, but it's not the kind of mall you'd go out of your way to visit. This is my first time in this mall, it has great stores and a nice food court. We were on a mission so I didn't get to walk the whole mall. We don't have a White Barn candle store near me so this was a treat. I wanted one of each, the store smells amazing. Mall was busy with families doing back to school shopping. First time coming here. Absolutely love this mall, it's really active and thriving!... For a weekday! This place has a variety of stores worth checking out. Very reminiscent to a mall in the northwest Indianapolis area I visited back. The food court has great options to choose from regardless of how picky you are. Mall is small but it offers a lot. A beautiful suburban mall in Jackson Township, North Canton. The anchor of the mall is Macy's, and it's truly one of my favorite locations in the country. It's beautifully decorated at Christmas in the east-coast tradition. Staff are way better trained than their western counterparts (who usually have no sh!ts to give). Mall security is plentiful. I would still be cautious and lock my car in the parking lot. Food court is clean and provides both national chain options and a few regional joints. There is a nice selection of small shops, medium sized chain stores (Bath and Body, Abercrombie, etc) as well as luxury and boutique. The staff at the Coach store is charming and friendly. read more

Second worst mall in Ohio behind chapel hill. Belden Village mall is a collection of terrible stores filled with the most basic merchandise. Nothing unique nothing special. Security is a joke as well. I was in the food court during Christmas 2017 and I witnessed a fight break out in the food court between 6 men. Security took 3 minutes to just arrive there..... THREE MINUTES in a mall. Guarantee one fit man could travel the distance of the mall in a minute and a half. All the men got away before security arrive and no arrests were made due to the slow response. Security is a joke and a collection of cliche mall Cops. read more

This mall is thriving. Its a large, bright, lively place to spend some time and earnings. With the hard to ignore - "Mall Apocalypse" plaguing and essentially erasing the existence of classic malls all over Ohio, its quite remarkable, and relieving to witness the Belden Village Mall unflinchingly remain stable and proud. Its full of successful stalls of many well known mall shops you have come to know and expect - like your Spencer's , Hot Topic, Bodywork's, Macy's, Claire's, Build-A-Bear, and many more. There are 100+ stores currently operating here, and a large variety of dinner and desert options at the food court. I have never had a bad experience here. I wanted to give my praise to Belsen Village mall for how family friendly they are! The mall has a nice food court, variety of stores, and kiosks. But what won me over was the family lounge! We ate in the food court, at these very adorable child size tables they had. The kids with me were one and three. Out of the corner of my eye, I noticed a sign for a "family lounge." So after we finished our food, we headed to check it out. It's tucked in the corner by the restrooms. It was amazing!! The room is HUGE. Very aesthetically pleasing and relaxing. They have 3 curtained areas for breastfeeding/pumping moms that have very comfortable recliners and outlets. There are several sinks, 2 changing tables, a refrigerator, and a family restroom with 2 toilets (1 normal size 1 small). It also has several "doctors office" style table toys and 2 big touch screen computer type toys as well. The kids can be watched from the comfort of more recliner type chairs. And just to hit it home, there is a television with cartoons. The room is dad friendly-- so any parent that needs to hit the mall with their small(er) kids in tow, stop here! I wish I would have known about this when my youngest was still a baby baby and we wanted out of the house but comfortable nursing places were few and far between. read more

It's a decent enough mall. It has a Chick-Fil-A and a Lids. I also like the fact it has its own mascot - like the old guy that wears a lot of gold in a track suit that looks like Fidel Castro or the Janitor that looks oddly close to Coolio. The Belden Village Mall is your pretty average mall with all the necessary basic stores for shopping. Nothing great, but good for the area of Canton. It's kept clean, has a good food court and, easy to get in and out of when traveling through. All in all, your basic shopping mall that has pretty much all that you actually need. read more

I love the stores in the mall and always feel very safe shopping at this mall BUT whoever redesigned the parking spaces last fall in their parking lot should be fired. The spaces are much smaller and if u shop there plan on getting your car doors hit. You can't open your door without hitting the car next to u!!!!! I parked on the Macy's side. Not sure about the other side. I watched them back in the fall redo this side and thought to myself why are they making the parking spaces so much smaller. It's not as if the lot is full of cars all the time. Especially now with so much online shopping. read more

This mall is incredibly tiny and I didn't even realize it existed until I entered Dillard's and saw there was a mall entrance. I was just visiting over the weekend, and my mom and I were looking for something to do, so our concierge woman told us about this mall. Okay..coming from California, this was pretty pathetic, but looking at what was around this area..I guess it's a decent addition to a lot of nothingness. I probably won't be back, just because i'm not from the area, but if you have nothing else to do, I'd say this is better than a lot of the stuff around there. read more

Really nice mall. I'm really impressed at how clean and nice looking everything is here and cleaning crews actually dust up high in the storefronts and signs. This is Canton, and the mall sucks accordingly. Me being from New York, (I'm not actually from New York, I only wish I was) I hate this mall (I don't actually hate it, I just don't love it). While this mall is not huge it is always clean and offers your most popular stores. Like others I wish they would get an H&M however. Overall I think this mall beats any in Akron (especially combined with the rest of the Belden Village shopping strips) and if I want to do big shopping I make a trip to Beachwood. read more

small mall Stark county is a small county. 300,00 people in the entire county. Stark county can fit into Pittsburgh. This mall is small. But because the county is small I think it should be small. I like the mall. I think the prices are high. I been here so many times In my life I think the memories of this mall is why I like this place more than most. I don't shop there to much. This is a very small, average mall but I will say that as a mom the family room that is adjacent to the food court is exceptional. It's a large room with a play area, cartoons playing on the tv, a huge changing area, private breastfeeding booths, a nice sized restroom area, a microwave to heat food and comfortable seating. It's a great place to calm an unhappy child without having to leave the mall. read more

So I really like all of the establishments in this mall and the food court is good and all that, but be wary of the massage chairs in front of Dillard's. My friend and I were thouroughly butt-raped by the massage ball in the sitting part of the chair and I would not recommend this experience unless you are in a mood to be mechanically violated.
