We bought a furniture set and we had it for 3 months and the springs broke thay replace it and it 7 months later and the ,and the cushion on the couch started to separate at the stitching and we are not happy with ther furniture i will not be sending any one out there for anything we have spent a lot of money with them read more

Paid for furniture in full in Feb. 2021 with the promise that would be delivered in three weeks. After three weeks and no furniture, the sales person was not responsive to requests. From then on we were strung along with 'any day now', trucks coming soon and so on. Still no furniture in July and wants a 25% restocking fee for cancelling. read more

I LOVE the Bargain Barn! Always excited to see the new items that are there! The people are so nice (worth the trip just for that). Another reason I love the Bargain Barn is that it is close to where I live. Most stores that offer a discount are over 15 miles away. They have car items, school items, personal care, holiday treats and things you don't know you needed until you get there! OH the sales on the candy....you can't go wrong with those! Todd Bosely puts up videos using his Bargain Barn Beauties! They 'tour' the Barn, showing you items. I love the fact Todd Bosely is a hometown person too, that gives back to ALL. He is great at 'helping' people that need a helping hand. If you haven't been to the Bargain Barn lately - it is worth a stop back in. He has come along way since starting out. The place is neat and organized. I wish Mr. Bosley great success on this journey --- it is a blessing for all of us!! I give Bargain Barn 5 stars!! My heart smiles just thinking of how nice the people are there and how much Todd Bosley and his Beauties help people....we are all blessed!! read more

The business is locally owned and operated and the store is neat, clean and organized. Shelves are generally well stocked and employees are super friendly and helpful. Product quality is very good and the prices are very reasonable. This freestanding store has its own private parking lot which is clean and free of debris. The large lot surround three sides of the building and is more than adequate for the business. The store is located on the corner of Market Avenue NE and Sunnyside Street SW in Hartville. There are two access points from Sunnyside Street so getting in our out of the property is easy and convenient. I moved away from this area many years ago but when I come back I appreciate being able to find so many of the local products I love at Sommers Discount Market.

Maple just a couple of blocks from the Hartville Flea Market is a huge thrift store. Open Monday through Saturday, Hartville Thrift is always fun and worth the time. The first thing to check out is the video screens which show the colors of the week: one is 50% off and the other is 99 cents; even without those colors prices are very reasonable, mens shirts are $3, sportscoats are $8, suits are $10. It is also worth checking out the items on the silent auction as you enter the main room, there are usually some cool more expensive items and large collections available. In the main area you will find a ton of clothes, jewelry, shoes, art, toys and assorted other stuff. In the room to your right as you enter there is kitchen items, knick knacks, Christmas items, electronics, sporting goods and more. You will also usually see a couple of tiered carts with items just being brought out, just be ready for people to swarm to see what is available. Further back and further to the right is an area with furniture, hardware, lamps and garden stuff. I have found all kinds of values at Hartville Thrift, from Suit jackets, shirts, masks, figurines and most of those were very cheap. In addition the staff is great, they are friendly and helpful. The selection changes not just daily but can be supplemented at any time. There are going to be times when you don't find anything, other times when you come away with a very nice haul. If you are interested in a unique thrifting experience, it is well worth the trip to Hartville to check out Hartville Thrift Shoppe. With most of the major Thrift Stores reducing the discounts they offer and raising prices it is refreshing to still have a place with a great assortment and offering real values.

Do not: Be confrontational: This is something as little as the words you use, the tone and the pace in which you say it. Cutting your customer off as he talks through things (It's been a long day. I've been at this since 830am and was ready to buy a phone. There's a way to tactfully correct your customer. When I said Samsung store, i meant to say they said they had a Samsung Diagnostic Computer which analyzes the contents. Yes, they are an insurance company. But they told me what was up, didnt pitch anything new and apologized. Maybe they were lying. But in the end they handled the situation w tact Indirectly call your customer a liar: You asked me if the phone got wet, anything spilled on it, do I let my kids play with it? Not to my knowledge and no my kid doesnt play w it. And then I was gonna say but who is 100% when it comes to spill or splash? But I didnt even get that far. You cut me off saying, "Hey man. Im just asking you some open ended questions (Nice, all good sales books recommend those) but then you said you said your kids dont play w it, I think they do... Bro, just keep that last part to yourself. I walked at that point because my phone is my livelihood. I dont know of anything spilling on it. Another reason my kids dont use my phone is because they have a PS5, PS4, Switch, DS, Fire Tablet, Samsung Tablet, Nintendo DS and other laptops of the like. When I said no, I meant it. Again, this store probably does good work. Just need to brush up on some modern sales books.
