This has been another bad experience!!! I ordered my prescriptions and was told they would be ready the next day. (Friday)This was very important because I was traveling on Sunday. I waited till Saturday evening to pick them up. The two medicines were Trilogy and Ozempic. When I went to pick them up and was told both were delayed. This happens every time with the Ozempic. I was told if I could find it somewhere else, they would transfer the order. Why did they not notify me about the issue? Why didn't they find it somewhere else rather than expecting me to chase it down. I have been a longtime customer. Notification would have been nice. I am planning on moving my business because the has become a total frustration. Once or twice cann happen, but not every time. Sorry doesn't work all the time. read more

Because of 2 Rite-Aid stores closing in Alliance, this pharmacy is always backed up, drive-thru to the street and people lined up in the aisle. I called the day before about my prescription, said I'd be in the area the next day and asked if it was in stock. The clerk assured me it would be ready. When I pulled in, the drive-thru was backed up to the street. I parked and went in, waited in line only to be told my prescription was supposed to be shipped from Columbus, it didn't come in but they could fill it in 15-20 minutes I told the clerk of my phone call, I had already waited, etc. This was a non-professional pharmacy tech, dressed in street clothes and she had bright pink hair. This place is a disgrace and I plan to transfer my prescriptions after being a customer for numerous years. read more

I bought some Halo top ice cream last night impulsively at Walgreens. I saw it and instantly began to crave some good old fashion creamed ice. I got home and ate a few spoonfuls. 'Not bad' I thought to myself. I put it away and went to bed. Today I found myself pondering the kitchen and I rediscovered last night's find in the freezer. The peanut butter cup halo top ice cream. I decided to eat some more. This time, however, my experience was much different. I scooped in with the biggest spoon I could find and as I lifted it to my mouth, I heard violins playing from afar. As I placed the ice cream into my mouth, my tastebuds began to dance to the sound of the violins as the heavens opened up from above. There were angels flying around my kitchen. I rate this particular flavor a 12/10. See you next week. read more

I have a different experience than the reviews below me. I live 5 minutes from Walgreens and I have used this store for over 19 years. They have so many items that I can use, prices are about the same as elsewhere. The rewards program is great and I have cashed in over $90 in the last 2 years. The staff is very nice and helpful. And just a suggestion- they try to fill everyones prescriptions as fast as they can. If they tell me it will be ready after 8 AM-I never go until 9 AM so that things are ready and waiting for me. Be patient unless you have a 911 emergency. read more

For five years I used to trust this pharmacy until I recently discovered that my 75 yo mothers pain medications were being under-filled. Twice in a row I counted her pills and the count fell several short. I decided to count just after picking up her newest refill and I counted 70 in a bottle showing a quantity of 80, the number being circled which I found out meant that they counted the pills twice. I contacted the pharmacist in charge and he immediately started to blame everyone else. He wouldn't let me get a word in then he hung up on me so I called Corporate after which the store manager called. He continued where the pharmacist left off and started covering for him. If Corporate doesn't get to the bottom of this, the whole store should be investigated. I'm switching pharmacies in the mean time. read more

At first everything was fine. My boyfriend had a prescription sent over and the insurance didn't cover it so they said they could send it to rite aid. Rite aid was about closed and it was no big deal he could wait until tomorrow. The next morning comes rolling around and he calls in to see if his prescription had been filled at rite aid and they never received it. So he goes back to Walgreens and asked if they can just fill it and he'll pay for it. They said they couldn't because they sent it already. Come to find out 2 hours later Walgreens had forgotten to fax my boyfriends prescription and it just went through at rite aid. Walgreens basically lost it and had to find it. Never ever getting anything sent here again. On top of it all the person behind the counter at Walgreens was rude and lazy. Seemed like he just didn't want to deal with it, we both get that, but we were being nice/understanding the whole and not making a scene about anything. Very unimpressive job done at this pharmacy. read more

I love Walgreens because they are so convenient. They are open 24/7, have a drive thru, and are located pretty much anywhere. I love this particular location because the pharmacists helped me out when I was having trouble getting my medication to go through on my new medical insurance plan. At first there was going to be a problem with billing, but they pulled some strings and were able to get everything covered on my new insurance. I was totally out of all my scripts at the time and they really pulled through and seemed to really care about my situation. They have always been curteous to me and even helped me find a new doctor who accepts my new health insurance! read more

I am in shock. I just bought a box of 12 K cups of coffee. The brand is not material. The super sale tag was only for this particular flavor for this particular brand. It was 50% off 12 K-Cups for a brand name coffee. I thought, oh great deal, I like the flavor and my wife does too so win win win. I got it home and the expiration date was September of 2016! Now I know what you're thinking, that I'm silly for not checking the expiration date before buying it, but this is Walgreens people it's not a flea market! Isn't there a law against selling food that has been expired for 8 months. Do you think the manager new it was expired? Hmmm, coincidentally it was the only flavor 50% off. read more

I'm glad this location has a drive way. In the winter I don't have to take my sick kids out of the van to get a prescription. Walgreens takes their name for granted. This is my last time using their pharmacy. They said the medicine would be ready in 30 minutes. 35 minutes later they said 20 more minutes. It wasn't ready for 30 more minutes. I had my sick children in the van. They needed their medicine now not in 30 minutes. I already wasted 30 mimutes and had to waste another 30 minutes. Why promise setting you can't provide? read more
