I love Walmart!!! So many fun things food,games,toys,clothes,any thing you can think of they have it!!

So if you like to watch ppl this is the place for you. Your gonna see all the local folk in there pjs. The want to be rambos in there hunting clothes crack me up. I keep looking for the wild game at the store but never see any. The automotive department is a blast, a bunch of kids changing tires and oil. Yup I'll trust my car here. Oh the service is just so great. They run like hell if they think your gonna ask for help. The bathrooms are clean so I make a point of dropping of a thank you package every time I go in. I will say the eye glass folk are great. read more

My review is strictly for the vacuum cleaner aisle. I'm a fan. The shelves are deep and close to the floor, well-stocked, run east-west, and are exceptionally clean. I've had conversations with a number of very nice people here. I will be back often. read more

So I was at walmart the other day and I had to use the restroom. I usually don't go to their bathrooms because they are the really disgusting. But I had to go really bad so I just went. When I walked in to the stall I shut the door and when I went to go to the toilet there was a PRAYING MANTIS on the toliet!!.What the freak? I'm sorry but I don't expect to walk into a zoo (I don't even know if they have these at the zoo but u know what I mean) when I go into the bathroom! So the next time you go to walmart make sure you use the restroom before you go. read more

Managers here are unprofessional you can be up to no good or minding your own business your going to get followed an watched like a hawk but they do not dicriminate they do it to everyone it seems. so i assume thats a plus an i didnt mind a first but geez let me shop if i wanted the same employee an manager to ask me if i need any help finding anything 5 or 6 times from on end of the store to another follow me change zones an notice the exact same people staring at you as you glance up like arent there teenagers stealing condoms and cold medicines ill ask for ur assistance very agressive and intimidating not the best for businesses but i guess its just the generation we live in now also do not shop with bakery unless ur white my nefew went to buy a birthday cake for his son he asked how much an the lady said your not going to be able to afford it read more

I purchased a car battery at a Walmart in Akron which is roughly 40 minutes away from Alliance. My husband went to change out the battery and realized that although it was the correct group size, the posts didn't match up. I tried to return it at the Alliance location and an associate named Pam refused to make the return since they don't stock that battery at this location. I asked her to call another manager to help her and she refused. When I pointed out that it didn't say on my receipt that the battery has to be returned to the Akron store she said it was up to her discretion. I took the battery to the customer service desk and low and behold, they let me return the battery! I later called their automotive department to complain and was told that Pam is country and shouldn't be working retail because she doesn't know how to talk to people! I asked how long she has worked there and was told 20 years! read more

Absolutely hate this store. It is the same situation every time I come. Unfortunately I am here at least once a week even though I have vowed every time I leave this place that I won't be back. There are at least seven carts in each aisle waiting to check out with only five registers open including the 20 items or less aisle. I spent less time shopping then I do checking out. I have already been in line for 15 minutes. Completely unacceptable. Did I mention I hate this place. read more

I HATE this place. Every time I come here I vow to never return. The only reason I come here in the first place, is because unfortunately Walmart has a few things I want that I can't get anywhere else in town. The last time I was here I couldn't find anything anyways. Walmart is too big, confusing, unfriendly, poor quality, unfriendly, confusing and too big. Did I mention I HATE this place? Nothing like going to walmart to spend your hard earned cash and then all the lines are closed with a line of people at the only register.. then the person in charge not sure who that would be but needless to say its walmart and they don't care about customer service..... Terrible service in the tire department. Wife took the car there because we had a nail in the tire. I saw the nail and this was close to her work so against my better judgement she went there anyways. Long story short after her visit 2 days later tire light was back on again and you guessed it, nail was still in tire. They in essence charged her 10 bucks to put air in the tire and said it was a bead seating issue. Never again walmart. read more

Bought a cake from here it was a black hello kitty cake and the icing had black hair in it and the decoratoratins were reused And when I called up there they Kept haning up on me Finally when I showed up to the store they refunded my money... this store dont Care about their customers and need to be placed under new management this whole issue delayed MY daughters birthday party Shame on you Walmart read more

We did shop there every week, but today we drove around the parking lot for 15 minutes to find a handicapped spot, as my wife cannot walk. About one third of the cars in the spots didn't belong there. Then we went in and couldn't find an electric cart. After 1/2 an hour of waiting, a lady who was finished said my wife could have hers if we went to get it at here car. I sent my grandson with her only to have a WM employ grab it and give it to someone else. When I pointed it out, she said "he' been waiting". This is the second and last time this has happened. read more

The only reason I shop at this Wal-Mart is because there isn't a target or meijers in our town. This Wal-Mart is never stocked. They need a new stock manager and store manager. The shelves are always empty. Many people chose to drive 12 miles away to another Wal-Mart that is stocked. The employees are nice. The meat deli has eliminated the healthier lunch meat options. read more

3 stars because that girl Amelia that works there looks kinda weird and is uh oh stinky. other than that this walmart is great!

The shelves are always poorly stocked. You can go there expecting to buy broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes or lettuce and find the bins completely empty. The pharmacy is a complete joke. Common brands of deodorant are not restocked when needed. I can't go to this store and depend on being able to get the items on my list, even though they are commonly stocked at other stores. I've so had my fill with this store! Giant Eagle might initially cost a little more, but it doesn't require extra stops to pick up common items on my list. read more

Bought tires at the Alliance Ohio Walmart, they told me there are 2 car ahead of me, It was 3 hours before my tires were mounted.It took them 15 minutes per tire while one employee works and two others stand and watch. They sometime forget to reset the air pressure monitors, when that happened, it was to the back of the line again. read more

This review is strictly for the pharmacy. My wife is pregnant & I have been in there several times. The girls in the pharmacy have gone above & beyond to help me with meds & discounts. They are the BEST !!!!! read more
