The situation escalated quickly when he accused me of trying to obtain a prescription I wasn't…read moreentitled to, despite the fact that my primary doctor's office had originally confirmed what was needed. The pharmacist ignored the facts, became aggressive in tone, and started to manipulate the situation, making me feel like I was in the wrong. To make matters worse, he attempted to downplay the situation by offering me a discount of $25, which seemed like a mere attempt to brush things under the rug. I suspect they initially charged my insurance company a significantly higher amount, likely $500 or more, and the pharmacist seemed more concerned about deflecting the issue than addressing it fairly. His unprofessional behavior, lack of empathy, and failure to communicate properly with me made me lose all trust in this pharmacy. This experience was not only disrespectful but also raised serious concerns about the lack of understanding of basic procedures, including HIPAA regulations. I strongly feel that this pharmacist's actions were inappropriate and unprofessional, and I would recommend avoiding Giant Eagle Pharmacy in the future. The treatment I received was unacceptable, and I will never trust them with my healthcare needs again. Giant eagle at the strip Canton Ohio a very manipulating nasty loud queen do not rely on this place it's very unregulated by the giant eagle reputation and totally crossed the line unbelievably ignorant pharmacist that obviously overtalk me and try to think my name problem was my prescription no it was my hip alone right wait I believe he knows he's a part of that violation that's why he's so loudly I'm sure anybody that was there working with them if not the customer outside of the pharmacy would have heard it how ignorant is that beware never go there again trust me on this this recent pharmacist is a narcissist He needs to be fired don't trust this place because of him I'm not going to buy my groceries here anymore and or trust himgiant eagle and who they pick to be there pharmacist company subcontractor and if not subcontractor then they would be even worse as the actual owner beware beware very manipulated twisting what I call a nasty queen manipulating and trying to cover up for government state which totally but my health in jeopardy which could end up being a huge lawsuit help ignorant could a company like giant eagle higher somebody or we lie on a pharmacy subcontractor hiring somebody like this recent pharmacist as of February 22-20-25 Just ask his coworkers on 02/21/2025 How loud he was trying to over talk me thinking that I'm going to be confused I know exactly what was going on and I'm sure they realize it and besides that in the court of law what he's so mistakenly stated the first person I deal with denied it but 30 seconds prior to my issue he said he don't know who or what they said but then he said oh I talked to him he denies it no he denies it a game player a twisted pathetic medical person that's so crossed the line and needs to pay up and answer and admit to their pathetic ethical business practice*

There is plenty of parking, well lit parking lot, and within walking distance of other stores. The thing with Marshall's and their great comparable deals is, if you see something you like whether seasonal, clothing, shoes, kitchen ware etc you need to get it then. It's not guaranteed you'll find the same items every time you come into the store.

You can actually steer your cart around without having to dodge the other cart traffic. Love that! This is the only one of the three that takes coupons, which is great, but also takes some time to sift through the ones that you actually may use. They had a special for $10 membership for a year that I was able to take advantage of. Some of the cons are: the selection isn't as always as good and there is no cafeteria here with $1.50 hot dog/soda combo. I will say that I am pretty pleased with the purchases I did make and I am glad I bought the membership to try it out for a year. There are different tiers of membership, just like the other clubs and of course you get more perks if you are willing to purchase the higher tier. Gas is competitively priced and the lines are the shortest. Over-all a decent value and easy place to shop wholesale.

I said I needed help to the clerk opposite me at the belt line, and he did not call for help for me. His current customer told him I needed help as she finished her order. He ignored me, and kept up with his line. I then asked him to call someone for help, and he ignored me again. At this pt. I am frustated at not getting help since I had about $150 of items in cart, and said, Don't you work here? He said, "If you were not so rude I would have helped you," as he kept checking other people out. I explained that I had asked nice, and his customer had told him I needed help, and he ignored me. He finally came over and scanned the couple problem items, and after that when he could see I was having trouble imputing the code from water, he asked, about it, and he was able to put the item in my machine from his! So why didn't he help prior?? I should have left my cart sitting there with all the groceries and walked off! I wish I would have, as the interaction ruined my Sunday, as I went home upset and with a headache! As he walked off from his station, I told him I was never coming back to this store again. I got to see it because I had taken the opportunity to go to get the car. I called David immediately from the parking lot and said "Get a picture of our checker!" (I had tried to snap a shot of her in the parking lot giving the customer the forgotten bag, but Carly had delivered it and returned to her register before I could get focused.) She heard me. "Did I do something wrong?" (She asked.) David assured her, "No, my wife wants to make sure everyone gets to know how thoughtful you are." It's people like Carly who make this such a great place.
