You spend a few minutes 3-5 minutes in the cold plunge and then about 10-15 minutes in the sauna. I literally felt pins and needles throughout my body immediately, but it felt even better getting out and going into the sauna. I only lasted about 40 seconds lol but plan to continue adding on more time once I'm used to it and mentally prepared. It's a great way to bond, recover, and relax. It's definitely a VIBE! We plan to continue coming back as we both felt so refreshed and rejuvenated.

She acknowledged the issue, refunded me, and explained that over the weekend, they do keep the temperature lower to accommodate the crowd. Daily: 5AM- 1 hour Strength Cross Training; 0620- 1 to 2 mile cold ocean swim with no wet suit; and 0730- Come here and reap the huge benefits of the infrared, heat, goodness. The sauna room itself was nice - an individual tv with bluetooth attached - and decently clean space. However, since I was the first of the day - the sauna was only at 130 and by the time I left, only got up to 140 with capabilities to get up to 170. Would not go back.
