I rarely leave negative reviews, but I feel it's important to share my experience. This was my…read morefirst visit to the salon, and I was excited after reading the reviews. Unfortunately, the haircut I received was not at all what I requested, despite showing reference photos. The cut was extremely choppy, with uneven layers throughout. It was the first haircut I've ever been truly unhappy with, and I am unable to even wear my hair down due to the unevenness and disconnect throughout the cut. I do want to recognize the salon owner for how they handled the situation. They were understanding, offered to have another stylist correct my haircut, and also refunded the cost of the service. I truly appreciate their professionalism and commitment to making things right. While I'm disappointed with the haircut I received from Ericka, I appreciate the owner's excellent customer service and willingness to stand behind their business. Although my first experience wasn't the one I had hoped for, I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future clients.

Such, disappointment but then I discovered Vitality Med Spa! This office is beautiful, the staff are beautiful and the price is amazing!!! This review is to state my concern about doing business with or receiving services at Vitality Med…read moreSpa. It's unfortunate that I must write this review. I used to go here for years until my favorite nurse left their practice. Today, after calling in to book a consultation, I spent over an hour completing their medical history form online. After completing this history, I discovered on a separate form that Vitality charges a fee if you do not end up purchasing products. While this is not unreasonable, it is Discourteous for Vitality to not transparently inform their prospects up front, so I called and stated my concern. The employee did not apologize and said clients can discover this information in the forms. (Does everyone read every line of every form they complete for medical offices?!) I suggested that it would be fairer and more respectful to be transparent about fees up front so that no one's time is wasted. She argued with me and showed no understanding of my concern; the aggressiveness surprised me and I immediately felt that something here was very wrong. I said that if Vitality doesn't respect my time then I can't make them, and then I cancelled the appointment. This conduct by Vitality is a Deceptive Marketing Tactic where Seller makes an attractive initial offer, Buyer expresses interest, Seller then delays vital information while the Buyer makes an investment of time and resources, Buyer then discovers the vital information yet feels pressure to move forward because of their time & resource investment in spite of the distrust which has been fostered by the seller's tactic. The combination of the tactic together with the employee's unapologetic defense of the tactic and failure to acknowledge its impact on me, made it clear that I should not trust doing business with Vitality, much less trust them to provide medical services. As the saying goes, "If you can't trust a person in small things, you cannot trust them with big things."

However, it was not a bad experience, just not impactful in the slightest. My aunt had done IV therapy in the past with a different company and had great results and this time it fell flat. The reason for my 1 star review is their pushy and unprofessional texting and calling after the fact in addition to the lack luster IV experience. They text and call from multiple numbers. I've had to block them repeatedly. I was at a funeral and they texted me twice in an hour and a half. I thought I had blocked all of their numbers and then I got a voicemail yesterday from a new sales lady. They act like car salesmen! When you have a great service or product, you don't have to harass customers to come in, they will seek you out. Having a 'sales' approach to anything surrounding wellness is counterintuitive and just tacky.
