They always are mindful about any pets and give great instructions on how to handle them (even though we always have our dog in doggy daycare for pest control application days, just to be safe!) Overall Very responsive and had great communication throughout the whole process. I really appreciate all the options of application frequency with different costs and we get to chose what works best for us. We were really happy with the cost and value we get from it. As far as results, also can't say enough nice things. The little bugs that were bothering us are nowhere to be seen.

Claimed we had black mold in our attic (without even testing to see what type of mold it is) then quoted my husband $14,000 to remove it trying to scare him with how dangerous it is. It was a huge red flag because all pest control people who are licensed should know that they are required by law to not only tell you what chemicals they use, but show you the labels of their chemicals as well as their license number before providing a service. I told him there was no way I was going to let him spray in my house.
