I do not understand why all the negative reviews or low ratings as our experience was quite incredible. Management was fantastic and they do a great job letting you know if your rent is late or if you're being too noisy or if there is any work and updates being done to the building. They also made the move out process crystal clear and how we could get all of our security deposit back by changing the space to how we found it. We left the space to pursue other careers however I would go back and lease at ActivSpace in the future for any arts, music, crafts, and woodworking hobbies or businesses. It's a great location to start a business. 2.) Fremont Space has great management (Lori Sandler the office manager is wonderful to work with). 3.) The contract leases are setup pretty much in favor of the renter and it's a very easy-going place to rent space from with minimal contractual requirements. The building is locked 24/7, and no one can enter without being buzzed in. Masks are required before entering, and must be worn, at all times, throughout the building (this was actually put in place, way before it was mandated). Hand sanitizer is available throughout the building. Inner doors are propped open to reduce contact and provide more air flow. We also have new touch-less soap dispensers, in the bathrooms. If you are looking for a new workspace and want to feel safe and secure, this is the place for you.

There's a wonderful courtyard with a lots of seating and a BBQ, a gym, and our favorite - conference rooms and a community lounge which is can be reserved at no additional cost for a short time or the whole day either by the room, or the whole space. We use the conference rooms often as they have a conf phone, screen for presentations which you can easily connect your laptop to, and a full kitchen just outside. The property manager is friendly and helpful, as well as the maintenance team who is quick and reliable. We've had all positive experiences here, and the other companies throughout the lofts are full of friendly people as well. Being here feels more like home than your typical office building - a welcomed difference vs the typical rental space.

Lack of professionalism....including when their is work to be done with tenants moving out (first time in 7 yrs) they decide after taking their monthly management fees of stopping pre the final close out work... 4. I was going to wait to do this review to see if hopefully it would all be closed out with some grace, however, transparency and professional Agreements and behavior is not in his wheelhouse right now. 5. I hope LynnMac (Mike) steps up, completes the work that he is contractually obligated to do and that we can then update the review. For now, we are shocked by the situation. I must say I know I am not alone in the concerns as he manages not just our condo but the building, for now. I truly so dislike doing any negative review. I love to share about great companies and even when they're are "baubles" along the road, but it is equally important to share when companies wont invest to work out the issues.
