Marc doubles as a broker and attorney which is a huge plus (do not underestimate the value of having an attorney on the team).

Our problems started right after we rented, and they did address them initially, but then they couldn't agree with the landlord and parted ways. After that, I was left alone with the landlord. Of course, since their contracts ended, they don't have to help, but even though I continued paying all my rent through the platform they provided and they knew about the issues with the landlord, they offered no support when I moved out. They didn't even give me a reference, and because my landlord didn't reply to emails or replied late, or perhaps gave a bad reference, I had a lot of trouble finding a new place. All I wanted was a reference. I came from another state and rented this house sight unseen, trusting their name, but they didn't lift a finger to help me in my difficult time. In the end, with a baby, two months of stress looking for a house, being rejected, and paying more deposit because there was no reference or a bad one. Think twice before doing business with this company or trusting their name, and if possible, talk to the landlord directly and meet them because one day they might be disappeared. Otherwise, you might end up without electricity and get no help from anyone. Because at the end of the day, once they rent the house and get their money, you're nobody's concern. Note for response: I just have asked that I rented property via your company and paid on time. New landlord just want to make sure no eviction or delayed payments. You had all these information and legally you could refer me because I rented from your company and I have used zego payment via from your company. You guys just rented out took your money and left me alone with landlord. I dont know landlord.I trusted your company! You just betrayed and left your customer alone

From the very beginning, Danny made us feel informed, confident, and supported. We never once felt like our questions were too small or silly; he welcomed all of them with patience and clarity, which speaks volumes about how much he values educating and empowering his clients. One of the things that truly sets Danny apart is his dedication to constantly learning. That commitment came through at every stage of the process -- whether it was his deep knowledge of the market, his strategic insight when evaluating homes, or his ability to explain next steps in a way that actually made sense. His opinion quickly became something we relied on and trusted completely. The home search can be an emotional rollercoaster, but Danny kept us grounded, hopeful, and realistic the whole time. He was incredibly responsive, always letting us know when he'd be available if he couldn't respond right away. We never had to wonder if we'd hear back from him -- the communication was consistent and exactly what we needed during such a high-stakes experience. When timing mattered, Danny knew how to act fast. He was strategic, proactive, and always had our best interest at heart. We are so grateful to have had him in our corner and couldn't recommend him more highly to anyone looking for a smart, reliable, and genuinely caring realtor.

To be transparent, we are property owners, so this review is from the owner's point of view. Having said that, he's been proactive in making sure the rental house is in a good shape, including regular annual maintenance. This is to ensure tenants get what they pay for. One thing David really stands out is his responsiveness and timely communications. Tips: believe it or not, best way to contact him is via email. He'll call me as soon as he's available whenever I ask him to call me via email. His email responses are mostly cryptic and straight to the point, and some folks may take that differently. But for us, we like his cut-to-the-chase, no-nonsense style. Believe us, we have had a different property manager before, and he may seem courteous, but his responsiveness and professionalism are not even close to David's.

David doesn't ignore hard problems but will take care of them right away. These problems were ignored for years by my previous property manager (also full-priced 10% but not half as worth the price). Savannah took the time to get multiple bids on each project and made sure that we were getting high quality work at the best price. I was very concerned initially about going through this process being so far away but Savannah made the experience easy and fun.  We were always 100% confident that she had our best interests in mind - she is someone you can trust.   In addition, Savannah's husband (Dustin) has been managing our properties for 6+ years, ensuring our properties are in shape and that we have the best tenants in place. The end to end service they provided together, from alerting the tenants that we were selling, to remodeling and then getting the place listed, was completely seamless and easy.   Thank you Savannah, thank you Dustin - we appreciate you both!  And of course, thank you Davis Property Mgmt. It's been a pleasure getting to know you all and we look forward to continuing our work with you in the future.

And they are still the worst landlord that I have ever dealt with. Believe all of the bad reviews. I do not know any of the other individuals, but their reviews reflect my own experiences with Walls Property Management. In addition to many other bad experiences with this company, they are currently trying to charge me $372.43 for a maintenance call that took less than 5 minutes--all the technician did was reset a button on the stove fan hood. No damages on my part, and no parts or materials required. In addition, every neighbor that I have met have recounted their own bad experiences with Walls Property Management. If you choose to rent through this company, be prepared to defend your tenants' rights, because they have no compunction with ignoring tenants' concerns, selectively enforcing the lease, and violating tenants' rights.

*LONG POST* Walls…read moreProperty Management is THE WORST. I moved into my current residence in September 2023 and about a month in, I realized there was a SERIOUS leak coming from the living room window every time it rained. It would pour down the window, onto the sill and then pool at the floor if I did not put towels down. I immediately contacted maintenance for support and even expressed that new windows would be needed in my whole unit! The conditions are below what anyone should be dealing with. Let me tell you, that I have STILL not had the issue completely fixed more than a year later, even though I have called maintenance several times as well as management only to be given the run-around. Even when maintenance workers came out and claimed they fixed the leak, it still was never fully fixed. Fast forward to this year: In October - November 2024 maintenance workers came and ripped out part of my ceiling above my window to try and see where this leak was coming from exactly. While I was happy to see this moving in the right direction, they never patched it back up because they were "waiting for the wood to dry"... well it's December now and the rain is gonna keep coming! Soooo I just have this hole in my ceiling. At the same time, I finally saw some slight progress being made of a windows person coming to take measurements for new windows. But as of the beginning of December 2024, the owner of the building decided to change management groups. So now, I'm still left with no real solution. Now it's like both management groups are trying to kick a ball back and forth on whose responsibility it is to finish the job. I don't care, I just want it done once and for all!!! It is UNACCEPTABLE, UNPROFESSIONAL AND EMBARRASSING FOR WALLS PROPERTY MANAGEMENT GROUP TO EVEN CALL THEMSELVES THIS WHEN THEY DON'T CARE AT ALL ABOUT TENANTS. I know I shouldn't be surprised, but over a year to fix something is crazy. I did everything I was supposed to as a responsible tenant.
