Just a few weeks later, once we felt ready to start our home search, we met Adam and Ashley at a coffee shop near our home where they walked us through the entire home buying process and answered all questions we had. Ashley is very knowledgeable, patient and kind, a great negotiator, and has a great list of contacts for all things we needed throughout the process. She has been there for us every step of the way and was always more focused on answering our questions, giving us good advice, and finding homes that met our needs than she was on closing a deal. We strongly recommend her to anyone.

Our experience trying to sell our home was so discouraging. And after having several offers removed post-inspection we decided we needed to find someone new to work with. In stepped Ashley. Her understanding and practice of "full-service" realty was exactly what we needed. She had tremendous knowledge and the professional skills to help us navigate what we needed to do to get our older home back on the market. She utilized her contacts to help us with the necessary repairs and she was the one to coordinate all the appointments and work. Every step of the way she communicated very clearly and thoroughly with us and she was kind and respectful of our needs as a family. We never felt like we were a "small" client. Ashley put so much time and energy into selling our home. And throughout the process she was gently encouraging us, which was no small thing considering we had been so discouraged in our previous attempts to sell. We sold our home for over asking-price with multiple offers thanks to Ashley's expertise. We cannot say enough wonderful things about her work. It is great to work with someone who has the professional skills and wisdom to buy/sell a home and the people skills to treat others well and with respect in the process. We will certainly use Ashley when we buy a home or need to sell again!

She's super smart, knows the Seattle market inside and out, and is an absolute pro at negotiating. She always had my back and was thinking many steps ahead to ensure the best possible outcome. What really stood out was how much she did beyond the typical find a house and write an offer role. Before I sold, she helped find and manage the contractors/subs as part of a remodel and made sure the final staging was fantastic, which ensured the best possible sales outcome in a really complex and fast-paced market. Nicole is responsive, practical, strategic, and genuinely fun to work with. Buying and selling a house is a lot, but having someone this capable in your corner makes a huge difference. I cannot recommend her more highly - especially if you're buying or selling in Seattle. She's awesome.

She walked the space, created the exact list of everything we needed to do to get the house dialed in for the market. And this is where it gets really great! She hired/managed all the subs. All of them: Inspections, painters, landscapers, flooring etc., cleaning, marketing. She staged it beautifully. She sold it in less than a week with multiple offers. Honestly, we didn't have to do anything at all, except trust her process and empower her to execute the vision. I can't imagine a more deluxe sales experience. Her approach bypasses the emotional load of critical decision making, and sourcing/managing subs (which can be quite hard to get done quickly without contacts/relationships). 10/10

First time homebuyers, govt employees, and we had a firm neighborhood search image here in West Seattle. Aaron was a steady hand throughout the wild real estate summer of 2020, readily responding to bookings, moving quickly to book tours (no open houses), hopping on the ferry to check out really interesting options and quickly relaying us to his associates for more "curiosity" inspired listings. Throughout the process Aaron never tried to pressure or upsell us, while keeping us clear-eyed about the very competitive market in our chosen area and available price range. We developed our mutual understanding over a couple weeks and by the time our house came on the market, we all knew it was the right one. Aaron deployed his negotiation skills to close out a somewhat complicated sale amid an overheated market, and Aaron and Mike both helped steer us through the fairly complicated buying process and crazy loan market of fall 2020, and kept the rubber on the road throughout. Now I get to write this review in our lovely snug home, while the world gets very crazy out there. Mission accomplished, and we owe Aaron many thanks for his help!

Alexis was able to navigate gracefully through one of the hardest transactions in history. She was committed from the very beginning to helping us find the perfect place to call home. We couldn't be happier with the way she worked with our very difficult seller to keep him in contract and keep the home under our control. There were so many roller-coasters throughout the entire transaction that everyone was constantly on their toes. There were many points where the seller was causing so much issue that it appeared to be the end of the road; however, Alexis never gave up on us. She fought incredibly hard for us against the incredibly difficult seller, and she came out victorious! We love, love, love our new home, and it's absolutely perfect. We truly appreciate Alexis, her time, and her willingness to persevere through a tough sale. We are so grateful!

Jim Hoge at Seattle Mortgage Planners just did an amazing job for us in getting our house refinanced, which was an obsession for me over the past three years. I'm a lawyer, and I've been a serial refinancer, but I also had a hard-to-compare house that was essentially underwater, so I was basically a broker's worst nightmare. Nonetheless, Jim was extremely always patient with my calls and questions and great about keeping in touch on his own, and in fact was always a real pleasure to chat with. Even more importantly, he stuck with me over nearly two years of ups and downs due to the market conditions and my own situation. In the end though, he was able to get us just the right loan at just the right time, where other brokers hadn't been able to. Once the time was right, Jim got it moving efficiently and quickly and he was always calm despite some curveballs right before closing. I should also add that I came to Jim also through Internet searching and was initially skeptical that the person in the Google ads and the website pictures was actually on the other end, but he really is and knows his stuff. I chose Jim because I wanted someone who was actually local after I tried to use an online mortgage matchup service that put me with an out-of-state broker that didn't know our market. Jim knows the Seattle market extremely well, especially my own quirky neighborhood (Q.A.), and that local knowledge really made the difference in key spots. I would never hesitate to use Jim again, but for the fact I think I now have a loan good enough to keep through the full term! If I ever do need another one, though, Jim will be the first person I call. I can't recommend him enough.
