We found Edmond through a referral from a real estate agent who had provided exemplary service to our family for over 40 years. Our expectations were high, but Edmond easily exceeded them. We found our dream home, but had to put in a last minute offer when a competing offer was made. We ended up closing while we were on vacation overseas, but Edmond helped drive closing so we could relax. His contacts were invaluable through the whole process. The lender he recommended offered the best loan terms, even with extensive shopping. He managed to find a landslide insurance provider when the lender on our new house purchase added it as a requirement at the last minute (we literally got it dealt with during a layover on our way out of the country).
