It's well maintained in plants and people. I had a specific succulent I wanted to buy and called nine different nurseries before reaching Brandon on the phone at Standard. Instead of just telling me "no" like the others, he chatted with me...explaining how some succulents are created as a hybrid for one season and often are hard to find again. When I drove here, I was created by Anthony Gardner, a cheery, knowledgeable, enthusiastic, and helpful guy who showed real interest in my needs. And I wound up buying three plants for different areas in my garden. Two plants that I needed in multiple flats were sent to one of their many locations closer to me, so I didn't need make that long drive again. We've had follow up phone calls and each time I've found him friendly, responsible and, truly, going the extra mile for me.

Rather than give them our money and business, we decided to call up Classic since they are right behind where we live. Oh my gosh, the prices are GREAT here!! they were about HALF the cost of the other places and the delivery and planting fee was also insanely fair! I am regretting not just calling these guys first when we had our other plants ordered, because it would have saved us at least $1000 bucks! They were able to come and replace the dead ficus next day for us, and it looks great! I am done with the other nursery and will be buying the rest of my plant from classic from now on as we re-landscape our home! I'm SO glad I did. I ended up taking home three milkweed plants, and they were exactly what I was looking for. Luis made the experience. He was welcoming from the beginning and actually took the time to walk me around the nursery instead of just pointing me toward a section and sending me on my way. He answered my questions, showed me the different plants, and you could immediately tell how much care and dedication he puts into this place. One of the biggest reasons I'll be returning is that the plants are not treated with pesticides. When you're buying milkweed specifically to support monarchs, that matters! The entire nursery also feels genuinely cared for -- the plants are well maintained, the watering setup is thoughtful, and there are tons of interesting and exotic varieties to look through. Even before I arrived, Luis was helpful. I called to make sure they had milkweed available, and he answered the phone and was incredibly approachable. This is exactly the kind of small local nursery I love finding. Personal service, healthy plants, knowledgeable people, and you actually feel good about where you're spending your money. Disappointing Customer Service…read more I've spent over $7,500 at this nursery over the past two years. When I brought in a pot with a root-bound plant and simply asked to pay for a few minutes of help removing it, the owner flatly said, "We don't do this." I understand it's not a standard service, but after that level of loyalty, I expected a little more customer care and willingness to help. Unfortunately, they've lost my business.

I had them doing a very expensive job at my house, supposedly life warranted, then few years later…read morethings starting to break apart and even though The Home Depot got my contract and my money they started to blame one of their companies they work with saying I needed to deal with them so no warranty because either their small companies get out of business or they just tell you that you are in contract with HOME DEPOT not them, it's a common fraud these days and FTC should get on top of companies doing this, so sometimes it's better to go to a handy man instead of hiring a bigger company like HOME DEPOT - I brought them my original contract with dates and contract and sale numbers and they claim they cannot find it in their system, nevertheless less they are saying it's not their responsibility - What a Sc@m !!!
