Once, in the drive-through pharmacy, the clerk dripped my driver's license into the mechanism that extends from the building to pass items through the building's wall (like a bank teller's drawer). Instantly they had three employees on the task of digging it out. They sent another employee out to informed the backed-up pharmacy drive-through line as to what was happening and redirected them inside. They labored relentlessly for about twenty minutes before taking my phone number and promising to give me a call as soon as they recovered my license. Sure enough, as soon as I get home (a 3 min drive) my phone rings and they inform me that my license has been found. I drive right back and the presented me with a $20 gift card to apologize for inconveniencing me. They took a stressful situation and rocked it! Thanks!

I've been going to this location since they opened, primarily for the pharmacy. I grew up in the…read moreneighborhood and it's a convenient location. For the past 5 months, I've had to go through a gauntlet every time I try to fill a prescription. The store manager, jolene maris, has taken it upon herself to override my doctor's prescriptions for important medications. She has also denied medications that I had to fill elsewhere. She's not a pharmacist, nor a doctor, but simply a walgreens store manager. I have never had a single issue with Walgreens or their pharmacy, until jolene maris decided to override the new pharmacist, multiple doctors, and all practical reasons why the medication could not be picked up. Her passive/ aggresive demeanor is unacceptable. She knew I would have to miss work without the medication, and despite multiple calls from my doctor & my doctor's supervisor, she has purposely took it upon herself to make me wait an extra 4 days, knowing I'd be suffering. She seemed to take plesaure in this for whatever reason. Because I go there so often (I will not be going to any Walgreens store any in the future), I spoke to certain employees about her. I am not alone with my negative sentiments. Luckily, their corporate offices have been responsive, and I will discusss the matter jolene's bosses on 9/25. She has no buisness making medical decisions for others and should be fired immediately.
