She wasn't very pleasant and I don't understand why they frown on walk in business. A different young lady cut my hair and she did a good job while being very pleasant while doing it. The older lady who checked me in put a bit of a damper on the whole experience. The haircut was good the price with coupon was good but the greeting I received was unnecessary and not appreciated. Diane decided I needed more highlights and lowlights She proceeded to put bleach on already bleached hair, put me under a hot dryer for 30 to 40 minutes without checking my hair once. Finally she laughs and says you're white. After shampooing out which left soap at the back of my head, blows out my hair which is dried out and fried. I wrote a review a couple weeks ago about how poor it was. I tried again today and the stylist said she has never heard of "layers." They call it blending. And since the last girl cut all my hair off the bottom in the back, there was nothing she could do to help me. She said one side of your hair is thicker than the other side so therefore, it's going to be different. I have never had this problem before and they just want to fight you on what you want.
