I want Auburn in there like on the top and I want to feed into a copper and I want blonde highlights. I know it can be done. I've had it my whole life instead the top of my hair is completely bleached. It look like a skunk and I don't think I've ever been more unhappy with a cut. I came home. I cut my own bangs. I told her that showed her the cut that I wanted. She didn't do that at all. Then when she asked if she could curl my hair, she didn't ask how I curl my hair so she put these tiny tight curls in my hair. I don't wear my hair like that and she got upset that I put my hair in a ponytail. Well to me it look like garbage that's not how I wear my hair, I wore my hair into the salon curly to show them how curly my hair is how much like weight my curl has and that if it has to touch my nose wet, it'll touch my eyebrows dry, but there is no communication between her and I at all and then she still sold me product that I don't think I needed. I used number four and I think that's perfectly fine but she doesn't seem to think so. I would appreciate a call from the owner or someone because I think all in all I was treated very poorly. Oh and their prices.. you should be going to a master stylist Downtown! 365 cut+ color total BS when Rumors ran it I usually paid 180 for the same thing and didn't look like I had rad paint all over my neck and forehead my ears were covered. All it takes is a little bit of baby oil and a cotton ball and it comes right off not to mention she ruined a $200 shirt by being messy and not paying attention to what she was doing and it's because she was so aggravated with me for whatever reason I still don't get it. I immediately sensed her frustration that I hadn't been a good boy and done so. She said it will be 40 minutes as she checked me in and walked away. She wasn't very pleasant and I don't understand why they frown on walk in business. A different young lady cut my hair and she did a good job while being very pleasant while doing it. The older lady who checked me in put a bit of a damper on the whole experience. The haircut was good the price with coupon was good but the greeting I received was unnecessary and not appreciated.
