My reason for 2 star is price but the biggest is that my cut was not how I exactly wanted it and left a few strands an inch longer than the rest. I called 3 days later and left a message to come get it fixed. The stylist herself never reached back out to have me come back in and fix it, the salon left me a voicemail that the stylist would call, but I never received one. Very unprofessional, I canceled my future appointment. For the amount you are paying their stylist should be made to follow through as well with better customer service.
