I was able to get in last minute for a pedicure. The location is very clean and the staff are friendly. I enjoy sitting in the massage chair and getting pampered for a little. Honestly used to be good but not anymore. Super dirty. The nail tech was horrible. Complaining that she had to be there. Was rushing my nails because she had another appointment. One layer of polish and that's it. They look like garbage. Oh, and my acrylic nails are FLAT. Like literally no curve, no apex. Just so flat and bad. The chrome wore off after one day. To be fair, they did a good job on my nails. But the place was dark, looked dirty and shabby. I could see acrylic dust on the equipment and bottles, and the fake leather chairs were extensively peeled revealing the fabric underneath. The prices were above normal also. I wouldn't return. read more

Sometimes the best part about getting your nails done is the staff... aside from the killer job on my perfect french pedi, there is always a "comic relief" atmosphere when I'm at the salon. Growing up Korean in Idaho makes you VERY ethnic. No, my parent's do not own a drycleaners, nail salon or wok. But for this very brief segregated moment I feel like i'm "IN" when there. How many white girls get the same speal when they're there? "You want long nail?, I do fo Figh dolla!." - try talking to the wonderful staff once in a while, they're hilarious- mostly because of the language barrier, but I guarantee you'll leave in a better mood. See I don't go to the spa because i'm too lazy to paint my nails- it's for the theraputic laughter & accomodating staff. Sassy staff rock and will keep me coming back. I used to love this place but sadly will not be returning. I went in for a manicure 2 days before my wedding photos to get gel nail polish on and she didn't even touch my cuticles. She didn't push them back or trim them. They looked awful after less than a week. No lotion, no hand massage, no nothing. I was in and out in 15 minutes even after waiting 25 minutes PAST my scheduled appointment. I had also called the day before to see if I could have a friend join and they said no they were all booked... but took two walk ins while I was there? And started them before me. I LOVE this place. I've been coming here for the past 3 years, getting fill after fill and I've never been disappointed. I've jumped around between technicians but now I only have tracie do my nails and she always does amazing. She knows my job is rough on my nails so she's accommodating and makes sure they're strong enough last. I usually let her choose my nails and I've never not liked them!!! Although she can be short on the phone, that's just how she is! Even with a long time customer like me, I think some people just take it too personally. Anyway everyone there is great! They are also greatly priced, only $25 for a gel fill?? Plus you get a stamp when you pay with cash, which leads to a free one eventually! I'm really disappointed after coming here. I got a mani pedi spa and was over charged. They tried to charge me the price of a regular mani on top of the mani pedi I was getting. My girlfriends also got a pedi and we were all confused about what the hell we were paying for. The pricing on their website is not true. And a couple of the staff couldn't explain to us what was included in the different pedicures. They have no menu of what services they provided, I asked! Overall my nails do look nice and the staff was friendly, but they overcharged me according to their website and that definitely bothers me. Won't be coming here again. read more

I hate to give this place such a low rating because th staff is so friendly, but I got a full acrylic set here and within a week they were breaking off. I didn't like that they started so far above the cuticle either which makes it so I'd have to come in sooner. I did get a pedicure here and they did amazing. I am so sad to write this review but unfortunately I will not be returning to Sassy Nails. The girl I wrote about previously is still there and she is great, she is the 5 star review and the rest of the staff, excluding a few of the pedicure only gals, get 1 star. I went in a few days ago to have my nails filled and the gel to be redone. Oreanne was off but I was leaving the next day and had no other choice but to go with another technician. I had had one previous experience with a separate technician named Tom and while he was fun, he was rough and rude. The time that I did have Tom, I didn't like the color so after one day of trying to live with the color I returned to Sassy Nails to repainted my nails. I paid for BOTH applications but apparently Tom took me coming back personally and now holds a grudge about it. Anyway, back to a few days ago. I had a new technician and I showed her a picture of what I wanted. I was not happy with the application and Tom, who was sitting next to my technician started making a public joke of me to not only her, but also his current client (regarding the one and only time he had done my nails). I was instantly upset. You don't bully your clients into just accepting the product you give them if they're not happy. All I wanted was for my technician to put on one more coat of paint so it wasn't see-through. When I did that the entire row of technicians started loudly speaking in a different language to one another - when they hadn't spoke anything but English before my request...Tom actually told the other technicians in English "calm down girls, that's enough being mean." Needless to say I DID NOT feel welcome. I don't like using the word "bullying" because it portrays someone as being a victim but that is the best word to describe this situation. I felt completely bullied. Now not only did all that crap happen but at the end when I went to pay the girl who took my payment answered the phone in the middle of the transaction and somehow that stopped the receipt from coming out. So she tried charging me 3 separate times. When that didn't work my friend tried using their card and it worked so all in all, they charged me AND charged my friend for 30 each for just my nails. Then the lady kept telling me "I didn't charge you it didn't go through over and over BUT it's on my statement that they charged me. I'm going to try to go in tomorrow to get this resolved but if they don't resolve it then they just stole $30 from me. We'll see. read more

I love Sassy Nails!! They are very affordably priced and they do an amazing job. I have tried many places in town closer to my house and I am always disappointed so I keep coming back to Sassy Nails. Everyone that works there is great, Angie is my favorite, she is so sweet and does great pedis. They can do great nail art, I have brought in pictures from Pinterest and they have duplicated them. They have 5 big massage chairs for pedis so it's fun to bring your girlfriends along. They are always busy but if I'm in the area they can usually squeeze me right in as a walk up. read more
