    Flounder, Salmon, Tuna, Yellowtail combo
    Gaelyn O.

This place is an absolute gem and I will be coming back just for the experience. The owners are so incredibly kind and nice. Went with a friend and we got the flounder, salmon, yellowtail, tuna combo for two. There is so much food that you may leave full before the spicy fish bone soup and fried tempura at the end comes out. The owners also gave us a small portion of tuna cheek and head center cut as service. He even brought out the head to show us! Everything is so fresh and the banchan is excessive. I don't think you'll find another place in town like this.

    Just "Good Time", nothing else!

4/27/2026 My first visit to LV since I moved back to CA 2 yrs ago. This is the one and only true authentic Korean sashimi place in Vegas. Just a couple blocks south from H mart on Dacatur. Ample parking spaces. Same " Hole in the wall" appearance but the quality has gotten so much better - family owned and operated warm atmosphere and top of the line main dishes. You will get like about 20 different side dishes all inclusive to the main. I had Dodari combo for $160 which was better than any other LA K-Town places. I wish I tried Wooruck ( black rock cod) too, but..... For those visiting Vegas from out of stated or Korea, forget about those AYCE sushi place. Please mark this place on the top of your "to do" list. Absolutely the best place for dine and drink!

First time dining in at this eatery. We went for dinner on a Friday night as a walk-in. We were seated promptly. The Korean female employee (may be the owner or manager?) was so friendly and welcoming. I pretty much anticipate poor customer service when dining at a Korean restaurant, but this place is different! She was so caring and understanding. Service was quick and I felt like I've been there so many times previously. The sashimi were all fresh and delicious too. My family ate everything pretty fast because it was so good. If you order the combo, there are many side dishes + soup + tempura + sashimi + braised kama, etc. The sushi chef came to our table personally (maybe the owner?) to ask how things tasted, then he brought out a special dish for us to try on the house! So hospitable and generous. He also had great customer service and was very approachable. Definitely recommend!

This place really reminded me of the Sashimi spots back home (Los Angeles) and it did not disappoint! Korean style sashimi usually have a higher priced ticket due to the side dishes, soup and other items that come out. It's part of the experience to have ALL the side dishes, other menu items besides fish and finally soup and scorched rice soup at the end. The place is smaller than I expected but the staff are extremely attentive and personable. The head chef came to our table to explain the difference of the different sashimi combos. We actually went with the Tuna Sashimi dinner course; you get to try all the rare tuna parts. It was our first time trying the "eye socket" and honestly it was pretty delicious! I need to go back and get the seafood platter, it comes with all the ooey gooey stuff that people aren't familiar with but I absolutely LOVE hahaha All the side dishes were unique and delicious, it was very evident they had spent a lot of time to prepare each one. Okay, this isn't one of their main dishes or anything but there's a little bit of braised salmon that comes out and WOW all 4 of us in the party fell in LOVE with this dish! It was a good balance of sweet, spicy and umami and the salmon was cooked to perfection. Okay, so ... we ended up packing the soup to go because... we got a little too drunk and needed to go home, change and drink more HAHAHA Highly recommend and will be back very soon!

I go to Korea once a year and this is the only meal I've had in the states that has been able to satiate my craving for Korean sashimi. The servers were so kind and accommodating they gave us tuna cheek and braised salmon collar on the house. Everything was amazing from the sashimi turbot and flounder to the seafood jigae and side dishes. An absolute must try hidden gem.

The food was amazing!!!! We came here for my birthday cause I wanted to try something new. This was the only place I found that had raw live octopus and it was so cool and delicious! The sashimi was amazing too. Thick cuts compared to other sashimi places I've been too. It was different but I loved it just as much. The balance between sides, sashimi, fried foods, and then ending with a spicy fish bone soup and a spicy salmon collar dish. It was all so amazing. (Sadly forgot to take pics of the soup and fish since i was 4 shots soju in lol) The people there were so nice and checked on us a good amount of times to make sure we were enjoying ourselves. The waitress and chef even took the time to explain what was in the plates and ask which ones our favorites were. They also gave us some free extra food, which was a nice surprise and I really appreciated. (Again, forgot to take pics) One of the freebies was a yuzu flounder. Soooooo goood!!!! The ambiance was really nice. It was a smaller place, which personally I liked. Felt more intimate and not overwhelming. There was a large group that was eating near us that were laughing and having a good time and it made the experience even better cause it made the place feel more friendly and relaxed. At the end of it all, I am really happy we came here for my birthday and really want to come again soon. It really made my night! P.S. I didn't tell them it was my bday in case you wonder if they do anything special for those.

Excellent Korean style sashimi restaurant tucked in a corner of a strip mall near Chinatown! This was our first time here and we weren't sure how big the place was, so we made reservations ahead, and I'm glad we did since it was small and cozy and only had a few tables. We were greeted by one of the owners upon entering and were seated at a booth. Very traditional Korean decor filled the booth, but the downside was they didn't have a high chair for our baby so we had to carry him in our arms. Their menu consists of sashimi combo and some side dishes, so we went with the salmon, tuna, flounder, and yellowtail combo for three. We wanted to order a side of fried dumplings but were advised not to as they mentioned there were going to be a lot of food. They were definitely right! All kinds of side dishes (mostly seafood and some seaweed/radish) came first, and it filled the table. There were over 20 kinds of side dishes, and everything was delicious and fresh. As we finished the side dishes, the sashimi combo arrived. The owner explained to us on the different cuts and parts of the fish that we ordered. The sashimi sizes were generous and all tasted very fresh. Afterwards, the hot dishes, including vegetable tempura, monk fish soup, and fish stew came. We were so full at that point that we only tasted a little bit of each, but they were fantastic as well and everything tasted home made. Service was excellent! The owners (husband and wife) were the only people running the store, and they periodically checked in with us to make sure we were doing good. They were very friendly and very patient with us and our baby. We'd definitely take this over Sashimi Day, especially after their menu change, as the go to for Korean sashimi place.

Hidden gem of a restaurant tucked in the corner of Chinatown. Flounder + baby flounder combo came out to be $70 per person and oh my gosh it's a MULTI COURSE MEAL. * Porridge + nagaimo appetizer (5/5) - tastes like a warm hug from mom * Sashimi salad (5/5) - fatty salmon * Corn cheese (5/5) - one of the best I had * Banchan (4/5) - huuuuge assortment, mostly fresh tasting * Flounder + baby flounder (5/5) - sooo fresh and crunchy, make it into a yummy ssam * Tuna cheek (4/5) * Fries (4/5) - good match of potato and sweet potato * Sea bass soup (5/5) * Braised salmon head (5/5) Check out the review below mine for more ;)

Such a hidden gem!!! Came on a Friday night with a party of 4 around 6pm and seated immediately. We ordered the Flounder & Baby Flounder course meal which roughly came out to $70 / person. Soooo much delicious food and raw fish I've never had plus the portions were HUGE. So I learned this tonight - apparently Korean sashimi is different than Japanese sashimi because it's prepared right there from live fish while Japanese sashimi is made from unalived fish. Also the seasonings that come with it are bean paste and wraps like sesame leaf and lettuce versus just soy sauce (which they had too). Overall such a great experience, and the owners were so kind. They checked in on us to make sure the dishes were to our liking, and for the las salmon dish, the chef himself came out and chopped up the collagen and eye of the fish to have us try it!! Parking lot - sooo much parking. Inside had a cool fish market old Korean style feel to it with the wallpaper with Korean letters. Can't recommend this place enough!

All the side dishes were so good and had a wide range of flavors for everyone at the table to enjoy. Fish assortment was very fresh Service was impeccable from the server to the sushi chef. Ambiance was all the old school vibes! Loved the play list and the chillness of the restaurant. Looking forward to coming back!

Food and service are both top notch! Do not sleep on Sashimi Day and come support a local business run by a super hardworking and down to earth husband and wife duo. We ordered the combo sashimi with tuna, salmon belly, yellowtail and flounder for 2. Chef brought out on the house dishes with each course in addition to already super generous servings. Everything was fresh and exquisite as the owners drive to LA weekly to bring in freshly flown in fishes from Korea! The fish soup at the end may not look like much but was to die for.

Very niche Korean style sashimi place. Don't think of all-you-can-eat places. This is more like premium sashimi course places you probably have seen at LA K-town. Lots of side dishes. Very good service where the chef and waitress feel like auntie and uncle. Small place so I recommend calling ahead and making reservations. This place is not cheap but then again, good food isn't cheap and cheap food isn't good.

I come to Sashimi day every time I have a sashimi craving. Their fishes are fresh and taste amazing! There are so many authentic korean banchan dishes that you can't find anywhere else in Vegas. Even the house roasted corn tea is amazing! The owner couples are super sweet and always say hello and check on us to see if we're happy with the food. Definitely a hidden gem and easily best sashimi in Vegas. Super cozy atmosphere too!

I have never been to a sushi location that the service is this spectacular. Table always cleared away of empty dishes and the speed of how fast the food comes out is INSANE. You don't get the feeling of them trying to rush you out. The ambiance of this place is on another level. I feel like I am at a club. It wasn't terrible by any means, but nothing really stood out and there are definitely better places if you're specifically craving Japanese food. What really bothered me though was the pricing situation. We came during their lunch AYCE hours, but because there was a festival going on that weekend, they decided to charge full dinner price instead. So I am docking off another point for the owners being greedy. Service itself was okay, just not enough to justify the higher price they charged us.

This is also the first sushi restaurant I have ever been to that automatically brings out fresh Wasabi without having to ask. The portions are generous and we left feeling very satisfied. Even though we were very full, we took a look at the dessert menu. Not pictured here is a sweet potato with ice cream and brown sugar glaze. This dish on the menu was unassuming but the taste was so decadent. Quite possibly the best and sweetest sweet potato I have ever tasted. You don't need to go to the Strip for Ari yeah!…read more Ari Sushi & Izakaya is a very well-Yelped restaurant in the southwest. I've particularly seen buddies post about it on Instagram a lot, and I finally made my way out there since I found that it aligned with my mom's food craving. I went for the Ari Ari Combo ($29.00). It started with a little bowl of balanced miso soup and a tiny side salad with fresh greens and a simple sesame dressing, and was followed by six thin but delicious sashimi slices and four basic but also solid-quality nigiri. I would be more than happy to come back try to more of their raw fish any time. If that doesn't sound like enough for lunch, I did share other food items. The Garlic Edamame ($7.00) felt a little less salted than I expected but was a good portion and had plenty of both a garlic sauce and crispy garlic slivers. I also helped out with a Bento with 3 items ($25.00): bulgogi, mixed tempura, and spicy tuna roll. The bulgogi was tender but not strongly marinated enough and the spicy tuna roll felt pretty standard, but I did really enjoy the shrimp tempura and the veggie tempura pieces which I tried. They were super hot and crispy while being cooked perfectly inside, and the sauce was perfect. The music was relaxing and not played at a very high volume. The restaurant is a little more dim than I'd like and could benefit from overhead narrow-angle lights, but maybe the food was just that good that the lighting wasn't so important. The server was happy to refill my complimentary water with lemon as often as needed, as well as to add more water to the Hot Green Tea ($4.00). I did try some of the tea, and it was potent and low in bitterness. I'm pleased to report that Ari Sushi really does offer delicious sushi, enough so that I'll probably have to make more trips from Henderson to try more of their menu. If you want high quality mid-price-range sushi that's not in an all you can eat format, this is a great place to look.
