Kerri did the makeup for myself, mother, mother in law, and 4 bridesmaids for my wedding on 9/27/14, and everyone not only loved how they looked but loved working with Kerri. Kerri arrived right on time, gave each girl a good amount of attention, made sure everyone was happy with their look, and offered everyone touch ups before she left. Before meeting Kerri, not everyone was on board with fake lashes, but after seeing how great they looked, they changed their minds. From the moment I sat down, I could tell Jason wasn't just going to do my makeup and send me on my way. He's deeply serious about his craft, and you can feel his passion in the way he teaches, explains, and shares. Every step came with not just technique, but reasoning--why this brush, why this blend, how this shade works with my undertones, how to adapt for day versus night. It wasn't overwhelming; it was empowering. What really struck me is how much he wants customers to succeed long after they leave his chair. This wasn't about selling products--it was about giving me tools and knowledge I could actually use on my own. He was patient, thorough, and generous with his expertise. Ninety minutes felt like it flew by because I was so engaged. I first met Jason years ago when he did my makeup as a young adult, and that impression stayed with me. Fast-forward to now--I'm grown, and I still remembered not only his artistry, but also his charisma. That's why I specifically sought him out. And he did not disappoint. I left Sephora glowing, smiling, and feeling like no one could tell me anything. Jason is well-sought-after for a reason. This isn't just me recommending him--it's me urging you: go book Jason. If you get the chance, don't hesitate. I don't ever want anyone else touching my face except him.

Jenny gave me an effortless, clean look -- I felt like myself but also the most beautiful I've ever looked! Absolutely go for the airbrush -- all the makeup stayed on all night through tears and dancing and my skin looked utterly flawless (even though it certainly is not!). During my trial, Jenny was informative and thoughtful with the looks I wanted in both my eye and hair. She remained flexible during the trial when my hair was too short for the hairstyle I wanted. I was so surprised when she showed up on my wedding day and exclaimed "Your hair grew!" (and I was able to get the hairstyle I wanted!). It shows how much she thinks about and remembers each and every one of her brides. My mom told me afterwards she made her feel so beautiful -- and that was so important to me. Jenny is so kind and knowledgable. She was responsive and clearly has a ton of experience -- I highly recommend that you hire her for your special day!!! You will absolutely not regret it.

If I could give this place no stars, I certainly would. The manicure/pedicure lady, Christine, is…read morethe rudest, most awful person I've ever attempted to receive a luxury service from. I made an appointment for two manicures after purchasing the service from Groupon. Our appointments were made for 7:30pm. We showed up to the salon early, around 7:10pm. We get there to find that the salon is closed; all lights are off, but the door is open. We go inside and call a few names...no one is around, but whoever left the salon last definitely didn't lock up. I proceed to call Christine after finding her number on the website. She very rudely answers and says that our appointments were at 7pm, not 7:30. I am 200% percent positive they were for 7:30 as I checked back with my conversation with my friend. Anyway, we weren't that late for our appointment even if it was for 7pm. We never received a phone call asking if we were coming or if we were alright; nothing. Christine proceeded to tell me that they are only open until 8pm on Wednesdays and she would never schedule an appointment for 7:30pm. I said, well your sign says you are open until 7pm on Wednesdays and her response was that she decided to "stay open late for the groupon". ??????? Can someone help me understand this. I then asked if she would come back to give us the service we paid for and scheduled and she declined. Not only did she decline, but when I told her the sign says they're open until 7 and I was confused, she HUNG. UP. ON. ME. I called her back because it was obviously absurd and she told me that because we missed the appointment she did not "want us as her customers" and I demanded a refund. Thankfully, Groupon gave me a refund and I never have to go to this salon ever again.. STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I went there to get my first manicure last week and instead of having a nice day and getting a relaxing manicure I ended up having my day ruined, being insulted and paying $20 for one manicure and not even getting that to its fullest (not getting the glass of wine). Christine is a very rude person and she insulted me and where I come from. If you want to know more, please read below: When Chrisitne was done doing my nails, she told me that she will give me $5 credit to my next (second) manicure. And her reason was that I one time got an appointment and cancelled less than 24 hours. I told her that I have already paid groupon $20 so if I don't come next time I have already paid $20 for one manicure (which has a base price of $15, so I overpaid her for $5), and if I decide to come next time, I have to pay $10 more for the second time, so I have paid $30 total for two manicures, which will be $15 for each manicure which is the base price for her manicures. So what good had the Groupon deal for me? She started arguing with me and shouting at me, and told me that you cancelled previous time so groupon will not pay me, and many other things....... I told her to calm down and don't shout but she kept going. She insulted me and where I come from twice saying " I don't know what country you come from....." and "This is not your country..." . She was very rude to me and I don't think I have to explain more. This was the worst experience with any salon service I have got till now!

I have never liked the way anyone else has done my makeup, but I decided to take a chance with the Buy With Me voucher. My friend and I went to try it out. I was looking for something different. And after, I definitely looked different. The eye makeup was way too much for my face, and made my eyes look tiny. The dark extended from my crease to my eyebrow and even in my inner eye.
