The Yummies Drive-Up website claims they serve well-portioned, premium-quality sandwiches and…read moredinners at prices "well below affordable." Bold claim. Completely true. Their food truck operates sporadically, typically once a week depending on the season, and the menu is usually limited. That said, everything we've tried has been consistently excellent. Check their website to see where they'll be next. We caught them at the Stanley Woolen Mill parking lot and ordered: Lobster Roll (Original Size) - $20.95 Harvest Turkey Sandwich - $13.75 Mashed Potatoes with Gravy - $2.50 "Call Tag: F Troop" Total with tip: $43.78 Once you place your order, you get a fun retro call tag. Ours was F Troop, while others got classics like The Brady Bunch. The soundtrack? The theme from The Monkees. Nice touch. About 10 minutes later, our order was up. The "original" lobster roll may be their smaller option, but it's still generously sized--served in a classic New England split-top bun and packed with lobster. Fresh, simple, and done right. Then there's the Harvest Turkey Sandwich--labeled "The BIG-ONE" for good reason. It weighs in at well over 1¼ pounds and lives up to the name. It's massive. Adding the mashed potatoes and gravy turned the second half of that sandwich into dinner later on, which worked out perfectly. Bottom line: Yummies Drive-Up is, in fact, very yummy. Tip: To reduce wait time, call or text your order in the morning. Skip the online form--texting is the way to go.

The staff was friendly enough to me the day-of, but were indifferent to my husband and the owner was inexcusably rude to my mom when she inquired as to how they planned to rectify the property damage.

So BBQ...super excited, picturing that Southern style BBQ cooking...but unfortuantely they didn't live up to what I was hoping for. First off, super friendly, no complaints there, service was great. Got the pulled pork without the bun and onion rings. Now of course you may think that bc I got it without the bun maybe that was the issue, however, a co-worker got the bun and before even knowing my thoughts said 'this is lacking flavor'. The BBQ sauce was great but the pork itself was lacking any flavor. I know that pork is hard to flavor sometimes, like you have to make it then shred it to let it soak in the flavor, maybe this last step was missed? The onion rings had about an 80% breading to 20% onion ratio, so disappointing. Now I don't want to say this is true for everything they serve, EVERYONE that got the brisket said it was one of the best briskets they have ever had! So if you go, get this because I truly would go again and try the brisket and will update my review if I agree, can only base it on my experience with my order.

Press'n It was nearby so tried them out…read more Ordered Buttermilk Chicken sandwich. This was reminiscent of Chik-Fil-A. A tender fried chicken cutlet with some mayo, pickles, tomato and dijon mustard. The chicken while succulent has little more to offer, it has no taste. The pickles, mustard and sauce do not bring much to the palate. The sandwich was lightly pressed, not to much effect. A decent but unremarkable sandwich. There is nothing here to make one pause with delight. French fries are soggy, big salt crystals are noticeable and add flavor. Sweet dijon mustard instead of ketchup was an interesting dip for the fries, but could not repair the soggy texture. Fries should be crispy. The pulled pork sandwich was a disappointment. The pork was extremely juicy, but the bread got too soggy. Hot sauce adds a nice note of heat and pungency, but there is not much else at play except some pickles and mustard. Nothing remarkable nothing addicting about it. Peanut butter cookie dough is very rich, but is too light and creamy, Cookie dough should be denser and this would probably be best served cold instead of slightly chilled. The peanut butter made it too rich and sweet. Furthermore, the texture was off. Would not visit this food truck again.

I thought it was really cool they did that. If I see this truck again I'd love to try other things on their menu , the service was really fast and I would recommend it.

The Sticks Pizza Co. parks their wood-fired Neapolitan truck outside various breweries around the…read morestate on a posted schedule on their website and social media. Smart move. I mean, really smart. Food trucks and breweries aren't exactly groundbreaking in 2025, but this pairing works in that way where you can't believe someone didn't think of it sooner. Like peanut butter and jelly, but with more fire and fermentation. Those crusts come out of their mobile oven with black blisters that tell the whole story. Someone in that truck has lost sleep over dough hydration and fermentation times, and you can taste every obsessive hour. The complex, yeasty chew doesn't lie. That leopard-spotted char happens in all the right places, and the bubble structure? You don't get that from quick-rise dough some guy mixed three hours ago. The sauce has this vinegary kick that'll probably make a Neapolitan purist clutch their pearls. But honestly? Sometimes tradition needs a little deviation to keep things interesting. It cuts through the richness and wakes up your palate instead of just sitting there like most tomato sauces. Inside Bravo, it's relaxed without being boring. Lively without trying too hard. They let you bring in glass-bottled Cokes from The Sticks, which seems like a small thing until you realize how many places would've made that weird and complicated. These folks get it. Not usually into Neapolitan? Me either, most days. The truck makes Detroit-style alternatives because they're smart enough to know not everyone wants their pizza to require a knife and fork. The whole setup feels like something someone dreamed up after their third IPA. Which is probably exactly how good ideas should start. It's pizza and beer, done well enough to matter but never so precious that it forgets the point.

It's a thin crust pizza. Dallops of riccotta. The ricotta totally helped with the saltiness but it was just too much! Good crust.

I'm a tough critic when it comes to food, and they get no notes from me. Every dish was a standout. I've never heard of a scallop roll before, but I want 3 more of them right now. And the lobster grilled cheese will forever hold a special place in my foodie heart. Awesome job guys! Highly, highly recommended!

The party was held outdoors in their pretty yard under a tent. Shuckin Truck was an absolute hit! They set up the outdoor raw bar...clams (littlenecks), oysters, and shrimp on ice, in a very attractive manner. The table was manned by a charming "shucker". There were an assortment of passed hors d'oeuvres which included lobster grilled cheese lobster triangles...these were indescribably delicious. Everyone was oohing and aahing over these. I also loved the smoked salmon on toast and the small cups of really tasty clam chowder. All the appetizers were incredibly delicious although I would say the lobster grilled cheese was the biggest hit. All of the staff were polite and friendly. After the appetizer round, the lobster rolls came out and they were simply spectacular. They were true New England lobster rolls on toasted square edged (this is key) frankfurter buns, and absolutely stuffed with chunks of delicious lobster meat that had been lightly dressed with mayo. Those rolls were out of this world, deliciously prepared and very generously filled with sweet lobster meat. They also served fabulous fish tacos. For the non-seafood eaters of which there were none at this party, they served a pulled pork taco which was spicy and delicious. The portions were generous and the food just kept on coming out. While there was plenty of additional food at this party from other vendors as well as some homemade additions, Shuckin' Truck was my favorite part of the overall feast. Great job! I would not hesitate to hire them for a party or to seek out the food truck wherever it was parked!
