Lynda was phenomenal! She was able to take out the ingrown toenails carefully yet thoroughly and always making sure I was okay. I think she's stuck with me now, she's AMAZING! The place was clean and very friendly staff. Like I said, this was my first time there but all the other clients that came in after me seemed very close to the staff. I like it here and will become a regular. Thank you The Nail Project and Lynda.

They had to cut half my nail off. And I am on Antibiotics. The children were talking about a trip to Vietnam and there was a child on a lounge chair playing on a IPAD. I paid $150. I am on antibiotics for the infection. When I called the shop she said I had to bring in proof from Dr. I said I could mail it but I am in Washington. She refused and said I had to come in. I have the recording because I am sure she will deny. Very rude and uncaring. Mother did my pedicure and father did manicure French gel. Grandchild on lounge playing on IPAD fed French fries. Couldn't know this if wasn't there. Kids talking of their trip to Vietnam.

This review is long long overdue This is a great place to go if you're in town. I took my wife here…read moreas a walk in customer a while back and we were greeted immediately by a very friendly person my wife said the foot massage was absolutely amazing. My wife's nails turned out beautifully I get to see my wife gets her nails done a lot in San Diego and this establishment has A better quality then I seen in many others. I really do wish they opened a spa here San Diego. The quality of the nails my wife still talks about to this day too bad we don't go to Sun City more often. Thank you

Extremely Disappointing and Uncomfortable Experience…read more I visited this business three times, located near 99th & Greenway in Sun City,AZ, and unfortunately, each visit was progressively worse. I kept returning because I wanted to make sure my concerns from the previous visits weren't simply misunderstandings on my behalf. After my third experience, I was sure that something was seriously wrong with the way I was being treated. Staff even whispered to me about the maltreatment that the owner displayed to me. Sabrina, the owner, was extremely rude, abrupt, and dismissive toward me - when I asked reasonable questions about my service. The overall interaction left me feeling disrespected, unwelcome, and deeply uncomfortable. At this point, I do not have to question that racial bias played a role in how I was treated. There were also basic aspects of the service that were not properly attended to. On multiple occasions, the cotton was never removed from between my toes, I was left sitting with my feet in cold water after dozing off in the pedicure chair, and not once did Sabrina ever check on me to ensure my toes were completely dry. When I brought concerns up, her responses were rude and abrupt, not at all resembling an owner of a business, or a professional. After the third visit, I had reached my limit and expressed exactly how unacceptable I felt the treatment was. I told Sabrina that the money I pay is green, just the same as anyone else's. I told the owner that I shouldn't have to wonder whether I'm being treated differently because of the color of my skin when I'm supporting her business, simply paying for a service. This experience was appalling, disrespectful, and completely unacceptable. ALL customers deserve to be treated with dignity, courtesy, and professionalism--regardless of who they are or what they look like. It's 2026. Get with the times. Hakuna Matata--but unfortunately, there was absolutely no peace of mind here. I will not be returning and as a highly respected and very well known member of the community I will surely discourage others from patronizing this classless place.
