We had a pretty decent time here at Sarah's vineyard. My husband and I each ordered a tasting. The initial glasses came pretty quickly but then they slowed down a bit. We were in a hurry so it wasn't a big deal. The waitress was knowledgeable on the wines and informed us of what we were consuming. The views are really pretty outside. Inside is a nice cozy feel. Bathrooms are around the side of the building outside. They were a bit dirty so I quickly did what I needed and headed back to the table.

Great wine tasting experience. We were drawn to this location due to the fact that they stayed open until 5:00pm, which gave us more time to relax and explore. The tasting consisted of four tastings with the Viognier being our favorite. Service was great as well. Pets are allowed which we personally enjoyed seeing and petting the puppies. Outside seating was plenty and the weather was enjoyable to enjoy sipping our tastings.

View from table, looks like Tuscany.

Love Sarah's vineyard! I like almost every red I have ever had here, especially love their Pinot. I've brought friends that have raved about the white wines and told me I'm missing out... My husband and I are consistently impressed with Melissa's knowledge of the wine and her ability to make wine club members feel special. We live fairly close (Morgan Hill) so are able to come often and listen to live music when they have it. It is a beautiful, comfortable, casual setting where we can enjoy some great wine with our own picnic or purchased Charcuterie. We feel super lucky to have this and other wonderful wineries so close to home!

Arriving at Sarah's Vineyard was quite a journey. Trust your instincts as you drive along country roads, knowing the end is near. When you do get here, you are ready to drink a whole bottle of wine. But I didn't, because someone has to drive back to the hotel room to crash. Sarah's wines were nice, especially the wonderful woman who brought out the sample bottles. The view and scene were wonderful. The karaoke DJ was a neat surprise and I'm glad I didn't start singing.

Sarah's Vineyard was such an amazing experience. We went as it's was my daughter "Sarah's 21st" . It was amazing right from driving up to this beautiful venue. The wines were SO good but it's the people that make this place feel extra special. They were so warm and welcoming. The winemaker even came out to say Happy Birthday and tell us about their wines. The was a darling outside courtyard and a food truck with yummy pasta. We can't wait to go back. If you are in the area this is a MUST stop place and allow time as it's not to be rushed.

Our first glass of white wine.

We came here last minute without a reservation, but Nicole warmly welcomed us as a party of two. We chose the wine tasting flight and enjoyed it with some cheese and crackers. The weather was perfect for sitting outside and soaking in the beautiful atmosphere. We had a wonderful time and would definitely come back again.

Yelp just auto-asked me how Sarah's Vineyard was. Well, truth, heading back there right now for a Pinot Noir tasting. Our last visit, a couple weeks ago, we enjoyed a nice time. Wonderful staff and the wines we tried were very nice, bought a 12 bottle to go pack. Im sure today's visit will be just as great. Are you there yet?

We got here about an hour before closing and I think they told us that we needed a reservation for tastings so we ended up ordering wine by the glass. I got a sparkling rosé. It was nice and fresh. It would've been nice if the weather was warmer but it was cold and windy. The patio was nice and they had live music. There were a few games towards the back of the patio like corn hole....etc

The views, the atmosphere is everything.

We stopped by at 4:40pm to pick up our wine membership and didn't expect a tasting since it was so close to closing. Melissa, who is the main reason we signed up to become members, insisted we sit and do the tasting since she remembered we traveled from Hollister. We had THE WORST experience at a Alara in Morgan Hill because we got there at 5:40 and they closed at 6. We didn't want to put that on Melissa but she insisted we complete a tasting and even remembered our days off. We love coming here and our time with Melissa! She welcomed our son in with open arms. There was a dog sitting with his owners taking in the views. Will bring our pups next time. Melissa and Sarah's we love you!

Very last second visit to Sarah's on the way to Santa Cruz last weekend and we fell in love with the place! Lots of comfortable seating outside with a bocci ball court and love music area. No pretentious vibe here! We did the $15 tasting each and liked each wine more than the next. I'm not a avid wine drinker myself but they staff inside were happy to fill me in on all the wine jargon! This place does start picking up in the afternoon so make sure you get there a little early to find a great spot. Also don't forget to bring snacks or picnic to share with friends. We loved it so much we didn't even end up making it to Santa Cruz that day! We'll be back this weekend!

This is a beautiful vineyard located in Gilroy. The tasting room is aesthetically pleasing and the staff is informative and friendly. They do offer cheese and salami packs on the side, but they do t serve you cheese or aperitifs. The location is next to a flower nursery and it makes for a wonderful place to relax and unwind with your friends.

The staff member behind the bar greeted us with a blank, deadpan stare (otherwise known as a "GenZ Stare") that made the whole interaction feel awkward from the start. When we mentioned it was our first time visiting and that we were excited to be there, there was no warmth, no enthusiasm, and no effort to tell us about the wines or the property. Even the pours seemed careless. I know this is Gilroy and not Napa, but I still expected a welcoming experience and better wine service. Unfortunately, both the service and the wine itself were disappointing. The best part of this place was definitely the beautiful grounds, which would make a gorgeous wedding setting. Maybe this place is better suited as an event venue than a wine tasting destination, but based on my experience, I would not return. The two stars are for the beautiful grounds.

When…read moreyou think of wine, you often think of heading to Napa or Paso Robles, but you'll never think that deep in the hills of Gilroy (borderline Morgan Hill), there's this small and beautiful vineyard. I haven't been to Italy but having seen it in movies, this place sure gives you the feels of having traveled that far for a glass of wine. It's a small vineyard with such an intimate and relaxing setting. The owners, Drew and Tiffany, are friendly, chill, and easygoing. Even though we've met them for the first time through a mutual friend, my husband and I felt comfortable talking to them as if we've known them for some time. They're very personable and well versed with their wines, and I love the stories behind some of the names for their wines. You'll also be greeted by their sweet and gentle black lab, Bear, who walks around saying hi to the guests. My husband and I both did the Estate Reds tasting as we love reds, especially Cabernets. I'm not a wine connoisseur at all, but I do like to enjoy a glass of wine here and there. The reds were delish, though I enjoyed The House (light) and Vino Nona (deep and bold) best. However, given another couple of years, I think Vino Nona would have an exceptional taste. And oh, you must try the Frozé (Frozen Rosé) or that I hope you get the chance as I heard they do run out of it fast. Such a yummy adult icee that is so refreshing with a good taste of the Rosé wine. I have 2 young boys, so I always love places that are kid and family friendly! This place is big enough for the boys to run and explore with areas for pictures and games. There's also a cute swing for anyone needing that nice picture to post. And one more thing, the portable bathroom is amazing! I'm never a fan of portable bathrooms, but this one is not a bit scary at all. It kinda reminds me of the bathroom on the airplanes but much nicer. Great escape for a few hours to enjoy with your significant other and/or with friends. Definitely nice place for small events. P.s. There is also a menu for light snacks, which I forgot to take a picture of.
