Laura is very accommodating and collaborative in working with you to get the style you will love. I typically get a foil, cut, and style and have never been disappointed. She keeps notes on her customers so she knows your history should you want to retain a color or style. Laura is really good at looking at photos and duplicating styles. She is not afraid to say 'your hair is too thin or too curly so it won't look like that...but we could do X instead...'. She also was the stylist for my son's wedding. All looked amazing. She even worked with each of us during regular appointments to try out different styles for the big day. I highly recommend her work. I would also like to issue a genuine apology to the assistant manager for my language, as you can imagine, being a 17 yr old girl my appearance is very important to me and this being my first conflict with a "professional" place of business I did not at the time know how best to handle it. I booked on Wednesday the 17th a microfoil and cut with Kathrine (who I will say was very polite) the microfoil is described on their website as being "a technique for ultra-fine precision foiling which creates a seamless shimmer of color" I'll let you decide if the service I received in the pictures below matches that description. When I saw a few days later what had been done to my hair I went back in to the store and asked what could be done, they offered to tone it or re do the service which I appreciated but later called to decline and simply asked for a refund. Because the owner of the store was not in I could not get a refund at that time which is totally fine I understand that however it would be nice for you to include that more obviously on your website. I also would have liked to be informed before starting my service that you would not be able to match my hair color on my roots. And please do not blame me for the way you made my hair look I have another hairstylist who can confirm that your claims of how it's my fault are incorrect. I also feel I was quite overcharged because on your website price estimate it says I will be paying $190.00 however you charged me $215.00 maybe that's because of the other half a bowl of bleach? I'm not sure. I would also like to request that you stop trying to associate me with every poor comment you get on your page, any reviews that I had anything to do with were taken down. This location is also close to some coffee places (like Starbucks) if you want to grab a drink to have at your appointment. There are two locations in Eagan, so make sure you know which one you are booking at! The vibes: this location is well maintained. It is clean and everyone keeps their areas nice. Compared to the other locations, this one does feel slightly outdated. I also don't like how open the seats are. In Apple Valley they are more "cubical" style, and I like that better. Payton was my stylist and I really enjoyed her. She didn't force talk and let me know every step she was taking. She gave recommendations and was professional! I would happily see her again! My color was exactly what I was looking for! My hair cut was slightly shorter than what I was hoping for, but honestly, I had such bad split ends/ it's summer that I think she did me a favor haha.
