My schedule is crazy so it's easy for me to do a morning workout. So Sidney Wilson will arrive when you need him. Let me just tell you this. If you want a change and need a push. Sidney Wilson won't hesitate he is going to: shove, drag, murder you, and give you the encouragement to keep pushing yourself. You will go one week saying, "I got this" to him telling you we are: "lifting 90 pounds now." I honestly didn't think I could do that. I would think. this guy is on one today. But he pushed my body to physical gain the strength that I've never seen before. Everyone at work could tell a difference. The moment I got on his diet I felt better, and I felt lighter after four days! Like everything about me. I drank enough water and I was eating the right kind of foods. Of course I hit a mark where I was not loosing anymore weight, and we figured out I wasn't eating enough. If I ever had questions about if something really works or not he would explain how it does. I've gained so much self confidence by working with him. You just need to tell him. What your definition of a healthy body is and he will get you what you want.

Most of the time I had to use a cane or walker and a scooter when I was out in public. Shawn and I discussed my situation and set goals. I wanted to lose weight, build my strength and hopefully walk better. Shawn setup online training sessions, which included videos for me to follow along. The online training was simple to follow and he was available to answer my questions whenever I needed his help He gave nutritional advice as well as instructions on what I would need to complete my workouts. His training app helps me track my nutritional intake as well as my steps and workouts. I use my iWatch but a Fitbit would work too. Since I started 2 months ago, working out 3 times a week I am now able to walk 3,500 - 4,000 steps a day without any trouble. I no longer need any device to help me walk. I even rode my bike a mile! I haven't been able to do that in over 3 years. I have more energy, wake up early and I've lost 37lbs! I highly recommend Shawn as your trainer. My son and daughter-in-law have used him as well with great success. They both do 5k runs, hikes, ski and are in great shape. I can't do all that but hey at 60 I'm doing more than I ever expected I would.

When I first started working with Michelle, I was feeling out of shape and lacked confidence. Over the course of my time working with her, she helped me to get stronger and feel great. I always felt like my workouts were customized to my abilities but also to continue to push me. She listened to my feedback on workouts and really honed in on what I enjoyed but also what I needed. When I first started I hated the lunges! But now I've got them down and they're one of my favorite exercises in the rotation. In addition to the workouts, she also spent a lot of time with me focused on nutrition and diet, as well as mindset. I have a high stress profession but my my twice-a-week sessions with Michelle were always a great stress relief and provided an outlet to reset my mindset and attitude. She also sent weekly reminders about nutrition and mindset. There was a period of time that I was working to establish a routine of eating breakfast. She texted me every morning to help keep me accountable. In addition to my twice weekly sessions, Michelle also loaded workouts into the Trainerize app. This allowed me to do a third workout on my own each week. Also was very helpful when I was on vacation - even if I was going to missing my in person session, I could still do the workout on my own. I would definitely recommend Michelle's services to others. About 15 years ago I was diagnosed with Irritable Bowel Syndrome which only magnified the issues that I was already experiencing. I've tried everything from fiber supplements to every laxative and cleanse on the market. I went to doctors and was put on all types of medications and even had a few colonics. I really was searching for more of a lifestyle change and didn't want to be subjected to taking a pill for the rest of my life or have to spend thousands of dollars on holistic treatments.
