It felt she cared about the person she was talking to and wanted to help. That was just from a 15 minute call. Sarena recommends a video she made to help individuals understand a few things better prior to their session. During our session she made me feel relaxed and comfortable. Asking questions to help her better understand me. Guiding me all throughout my journey. It was easy to understand and follow her voice. I felt the same energy from her that I had when originally speaking with her. It's been a month now and I've continued to reap the benefits of my session with Sarena. It's worked wonders.

I struggled with anxiety and general unhappiness my whole life and after some especially rough…read moreevents in my life it got to a point where I felt empty, life felt pointless, and existing was a struggle. Very much depressed! I tried all sorts of things, traditional therapy, diet & exercise (which helped), medications (which temporarily numbed but then badly backfired) however, nothing seemed to have a lasting effect. I would have done anything to get myself out of that emotional mess and Anna came highly recommended so, with a little skepticism but an open mind, I decided to give hypnotherapy a try. I have noticed immediate relief after just a couple of sessions, I found my mind focusing more on the bright side and it was easier to snap out anxiety, so I decided to go at it full force and between live sessions and recordings, hypnotherapy became a daily practice for a few months. The general sense of well-being I reached then became the foundation for improvements in all other areas of my life. Feelings of anxiety and depression still come up at times, but I don't spiral down with them anymore. I now often feel calm, joyful, and overall more positive and motivated. Anna is a lightworker and the best teacher I ever met. She is passionate, knowledgeable, loving and truly caring being. She explains things directly, simply and with fun and I could not recommend her more. I feel so grateful to have met her and I wish the kind of improvements I have experienced to anyone!

As with any recovery, you have to actively participate in your own salvation. He can't be with you 24/7. You've got to be engaged in your own healthcare. I was extremely disappointed after buying multiple sessions in one package. Out of the 4 two hour…read moresessions we had only two of them had anything to do with hypnosis. The other two were just talking about things to do in the Las Vegas area since I had just moved here. And the two sessions that did have hypnosis or where he attempted hypnosis. It only lasted for a few minutes and I was never hypnotized. I decided not to return or attempt any other sessions when during our last session which did not include any hypnosis whatsoever, he commented on my hair and makeup. He said it looked like I was taking better care of myself than I had in our past sessions and then commented on my hair and makeup. I found that very unprofessional and strange. I thought it was odd to pay for hypnosis and not all the sessions attempted hypnosis. I was not seeking counseling from him in any shape or form other than hypnosis. And I was extremely disappointed. It wasn't cheap and I received no help.

Deep inside I knew it had to do with being afraid of the people that I love and care for being afraid of me or worse cutting me out of their life. But I didn't know how to get to the core issue. I had even had a memory come up in one of their videos, but I could not move past it alone. Heather and David held space so that I could be seen and my gifts honored in the way that they should have been as a child. It was exactly what I needed! Immediately after I found myself acting with a relaxed confidence and clarity that I could not access days before. I've gained clarity and direction for my business that I didn't have and suddenly everyone is sharing with me about how much my work has helped them. Thank you Heather and David for doing that deep work in your lives so that you could make it available to all of us! Nothing short of grateful to both of you for what it will mean to me and those that I am honored to serve. Gemma B Benton
