It's been about one week since my past life regression with Heather and David. I felt I needed time to absorb my session with them. Upon arrival, I was nervous, not knowing what to expect and overly concerned about what kind of experience I was going have. I wanted to take some time before I wrote my review to process the powerful experience I had here. Let me start out by saying that, like with anything else, you get out of an experience what you're willing to put in. So when you decide to see a healer, you have to be open and ready to be healed. Dave and Heather are amazing. This was my first experience with reiki and I instantly felt at ease. They work from their home which was calm, soothing and inviting. I instantly felt safe with them and I felt like they both were attuned to the heaviness within me and the pain I felt. The session lasted an hour where I went on a journey to find my spirit animal and peace. They cleansed the blockages out of my chakras; I was covered in sweat and tears when I left. If you need help to find your direction in the universe, if you are lost, if you have a problem you cannot overcome, I highly suggest seeing these two skilled souls. Two days out and I am still feeling more acutely than I ever have before. The aftermath will be emotional. It will be painful. But everything in life that's worth it is. Worth my time, energy, and money. Heather and David made me feel comfortable and safe from the minute I walked in. Their home/business space is very relaxing and peaceful with a ton of cool stuff to look at - I wish I had had more time to poke around at the array of minerals and other tools they had on site. I went for a past life session. David conducted me through a hypnosis (which I have never done before) while Heather did a simultaneous reading. They have an innate ability to know what you need and work with you in a way that you can process information. This review is so overdue it's ridiculous. I took a leap of faith about 1 year ago and went to see David and Heather, mainly for some back problems that were not resolving despite years of yoga, massage, Rolfing, chiropractic, pain meds and muscle relaxants. And when I say leap of faith I mean a big one - I couldn't imagine how I'd obtain relief from years of chronic pain by lying on a table and being treated by people who barely touched me. But the first session was free and I'd tried just about everything else I could think of, so down the rabbit hole I went! I honestly still have no idea what they're doing or how they do it, but within minutes of starting a session they are able to zero in on areas and issues I hadn't mentioned before the treatment either because I thought I wanted to be seen for something else, or because I didn't think I felt like dealing with something that day. Whatever little gems and lumps of coal they do find are always dealt with in the most non-judgmental way and with the great sense of humor that they both share. For example, today I had a treatment and told them I had a headache and that I was just switching gears in my work/living situation and could use some help transitioning. Within two minutes of beginning the session, Heather (while doing nothing more than standing at the foot of the bed with her hands near the soles of my feet) jokingly called me out on how long it had been since I'd practiced yoga (my consistent practice has totally lapsed this last month), and then proceeded to place her hands over the exact area of my right ribs that have been bothering me for the past 2 weeks (and that I had not mentioned and that have never bothered me before). Then David (who typically starts and the head with his hands gently resting on the scalp) asks me if I've bumped or hurt my nose recently because he felt like there was agitation there (I mean who has an agitated nose?!). But yes, yesterday a surgeon was digging around in my nose with a scope to see the condition my condition is in up there. Again, I had mentioned nothing about that to David or Heather. So goes a typical session. The remainder of time (like the other 55 minutes of the hour) is spent with them doing whatever good joo-joo it is they do with their hands coupled with some inquiry, acknowledgement and encouragement in dealing with whatever comes up energetically and emotionally (and it's usually not what I expect), and there are always a few laughs. I wouldn't consider myself new-agey, so I'm as surprised as anyone at the impact these sessions with David and Heather have had on my life. I have physically released pains I've been carrying around for years. I've been setting and achieving goals and kicking butt professionally. I have overcome a life-long fear of public speaking. My relationships are healthier, my attitude has improved, and I basically feel a sense of confidence and well-being I've never had before. So obviously, I recommend them. Your experience may be totally different than mine because each of us needs something different...but these are the people to help you down the path toward positive change in your life. read more

I had a 2 1/2 hour session this weekend while visiting Vegas and it was an amazingly magical experience. I started working with Heather and David over two years ago. I suffered from depression, anxiety, and undiagnosed PTSD. I took medication just to get out of bed everyday and get myself to a job that although was well paying, I felt like I was dying inside. Heather and David have an amazing ability to get to the root of whatever issue you have. In my case, it was repressed childhood trauma. I couldn't heal from it because I wasn't aware of it, so I was just stuck. They brought the trauma to the surface so I could heal from it. It was not an easy process, but I couldn't continue to live the way I had been. Heather and David provided a safe and supportive environment for my unique healing process. As a result of this healing process, I made drastic changes to my career and relationships that were more in line with my truth. Friends and family questioned my sanity during this process, but Heather and David stood by me and provided me with the loving support I needed to make the changes I needed to. It was a very messy process, but ultimately I had to break myself down before I could build myself back up. I finally ditched the safety and security of my well-paying job.  My new life is scary at times and I am learning to embrace uncertainty, but I also have a sense of FREEDOM that I never have experienced before. This was the case with zen garden. Flying from CA i personally needed someone to help me fix myself. All I can say is that I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders when I got done with zen garden. They were able to help me find my center, my home, Peace within myself . As for results, you will get out as much as you put into this. They are there just to guide you through this process. You will need to want to get there, the more you put into this the more you will get out. Put your guard down and believe in them. AMAZING!! I have been in and out of traditional therapy for about ten years with mixed results. I've been seeing David and Heather for about a month now and the results have been absolutely incredible! Their methods are a bit unconventional, but it's been an eye-opening experience. They are incredibly compassionate and warm, never make me feel judged or stupid for my issues. I love going to see them, with each treatment I feel better and better. I've had issues with depression, anxiety, rage and a few other issues for a long time and I can see them gradually subsiding.
