My session with Heather and David was nothing short of amazing. I am a intuitive arts professional and was really stuck with which direction to go in. Deep inside I knew it had to do with being afraid of the people that I love and care for being afraid of me or worse cutting me out of their life. But I didn't know how to get to the core issue. I had even had a memory come up in one of their videos, but I could not move past it alone. Heather and David held space so that I could be seen and my gifts honored in the way that they should have been as a child. It was exactly what I needed! Immediately after I found myself acting with a relaxed confidence and clarity that I could not access days before. I've gained clarity and direction for my business that I didn't have and suddenly everyone is sharing with me about how much my work has helped them. Thank you Heather and David for doing that deep work in your lives so that you could make it available to all of us! Nothing short of grateful to both of you for what it will mean to me and those that I am honored to serve. Gemma B Benton read more

David A. Caren - Life Coach Near Me

I had my first appointment a few weeks ago, I wanted to take some time to allow the results settle in. The experience I had has definitely created change . David and Heather are very warm, caring individuals. The have created a safe environment to allow you to let down your guard and feel openness to your own vulnerabilities. If you looking for Hypnotherapy, look no further. read more

It's been about one week since my past life regression with Heather and David. I felt I needed time to absorb my session with them. Upon arrival, I was nervous, not knowing what to expect and overly concerned about what kind of experience I was going have. Heather & David made feel very comfortable and at peace with letting go of any expectations. As it turned out, I had more of a present-life experience with David taking me back to a couple moments from my childhood that apparently still needed my attention. (I thought I had already worked through all my childhood "issues".) I did end up having a brief past-life experience. Upon finishing my session, they told me that if there are still present-life experiences that need to be addressed, those will come forth to be resolved. There are a few changes I'd like to make in my life and look forward to the next time I can work with Heather and David. read more

I wanted to take some time before I wrote my review to process the powerful experience I had here. Let me start out by saying that, like with anything else, you get out of an experience what you're willing to put in. So when you decide to see a healer, you have to be open and ready to be healed. Dave and Heather are amazing. This was my first experience with reiki and I instantly felt at ease. They work from their home which was calm, soothing and inviting. I instantly felt safe with them and I felt like they both were attuned to the heaviness within me and the pain I felt. The session lasted an hour where I went on a journey to find my spirit animal and peace. They cleansed the blockages out of my chakras; I was covered in sweat and tears when I left. If you need help to find your direction in the universe, if you are lost, if you have a problem you cannot overcome, I highly suggest seeing these two skilled souls. Two days out and I am still feeling more acutely than I ever have before. The aftermath will be emotional. It will be painful. But everything in life that's worth it is. I plan to return once I'm finished riding out this wave of renewal. Do yourself a favor and get balanced. You won't be sorry. read more

Worth my time, energy, and money. Heather and David made me feel comfortable and safe from the minute I walked in. Their home/business space is very relaxing and peaceful with a ton of cool stuff to look at - I wish I had had more time to poke around at the array of minerals and other tools they had on site. I went for a past life session. David conducted me through a hypnosis (which I have never done before) while Heather did a simultaneous reading. By the end I had a lot of clarity on a few major issues and a ton more information than I expected, which I will continue to refer to as time goes by. I felt relaxed, as if I'd just had a lengthy Reiki session, with some burdens lifted and things to ponder. Heather and David are genuinely nice people who are doing good, important things with their gifts. I hope their business continues to flourish as they help others as they have helped me. I would send friends their way with zero hesitation. read more

I woke up this morning feeling renewed and having some breakthroughs as well. I went to see David and Heather last night and they are some fantastic spiritual beings. As soon as I walked in David gave me a hug and I felt very welcomed. I told them my story and what I had on my heart and they assured me through their words and their spirits that everything would be okay! And this morning it is..... I'll see them again for sure and I am really grateful I was guided to them through YELP! read more

This is totally long overdue. Heather and David are like Bonnie and Clyde. I'm not sure where i would be if it weren't for the guidance over the years. They have an innate ability to know what you need and work with you in a way that you can process information. Let's face it.. we all ask for things were clearly not ready for, and hide from things we choose to run from. That part isn't a mystery, it's the moment we choose not to run or embrace what we're not ready for that things get messy. The mess is always worth it though cause a life worth living doesn't exist in the four walls of constraints we've emotionally built for ourselves. Walk the walk and talk the talk. The best part is that you don't have to do it alone is you don't want to. read more

I can't put into words the experience I had. It's something you have to try for yourself. What I can say is they are very genuine people full of love that want to help you make sense of things and at the very least have a better understanding. This review is so overdue it's ridiculous. I took a leap of faith about 1 year ago and went to see David and Heather, mainly for some back problems that were not resolving despite years of yoga, massage, Rolfing, chiropractic, pain meds and muscle relaxants. And when I say leap of faith I mean a big one - I couldn't imagine how I'd obtain relief from years of chronic pain by lying on a table and being treated by people who barely touched me. But the first session was free and I'd tried just about everything else I could think of, so down the rabbit hole I went! I honestly still have no idea what they're doing or how they do it, but within minutes of starting a session they are able to zero in on areas and issues I hadn't mentioned before the treatment either because I thought I wanted to be seen for something else, or because I didn't think I felt like dealing with something that day. Whatever little gems and lumps of coal they do find are always dealt with in the most non-judgmental way and with the great sense of humor that they both share. For example, today I had a treatment and told them I had a headache and that I was just switching gears in my work/living situation and could use some help transitioning. Within two minutes of beginning the session, Heather (while doing nothing more than standing at the foot of the bed with her hands near the soles of my feet) jokingly called me out on how long it had been since I'd practiced yoga (my consistent practice has totally lapsed this last month), and then proceeded to place her hands over the exact area of my right ribs that have been bothering me for the past 2 weeks (and that I had not mentioned and that have never bothered me before). Then David (who typically starts and the head with his hands gently resting on the scalp) asks me if I've bumped or hurt my nose recently because he felt like there was agitation there (I mean who has an agitated nose?!). But yes, yesterday a surgeon was digging around in my nose with a scope to see the condition my condition is in up there. Again, I had mentioned nothing about that to David or Heather. So goes a typical session. The remainder of time (like the other 55 minutes of the hour) is spent with them doing whatever good joo-joo it is they do with their hands coupled with some inquiry, acknowledgement and encouragement in dealing with whatever comes up energetically and emotionally (and it's usually not what I expect), and there are always a few laughs. I wouldn't consider myself new-agey, so I'm as surprised as anyone at the impact these sessions with David and Heather have had on my life. I have physically released pains I've been carrying around for years. I've been setting and achieving goals and kicking butt professionally. I have overcome a life-long fear of public speaking. My relationships are healthier, my attitude has improved, and I basically feel a sense of confidence and well-being I've never had before. So obviously, I recommend them. Your experience may be totally different than mine because each of us needs something different...but these are the people to help you down the path toward positive change in your life. read more

I have seen many incredible healers and intuitives through the years, but David and Heather are truly amazing. I could go on for days about the benefits, but what I appreciate most is that they combine an incredibly vast amount of knowledge and skill with a lightness and sense of humor that simply feels like truth. It's all so real, and so applicable, and so immediate that five stars is too low. read more

I had a 2 1/2 hour session this weekend while visiting Vegas and it was an amazingly magical experience. I'm a healer myself from Los Angeles and really needed a tune up both emotionally and physically. I found Zen Rose Garden on google and had an extremely easy time with the booking process. The session itself was a combination of several healing modalities with 4 hands at a very reasonable price. It was exactly what I needed...divine perfection. I would highly recommend this experience to people that have an issue they're dealing with as well as to people that just wants to charge their battery up a little bit. I loved it! read more

Zentastic, zensational! I came to Vegas for a conference, knowing I had some universal 'funk' going on and needed guidance and healing. I was drawn to make an appointment with Zen Rose Garden, and so glad I did. I love that David and Heather are ready to dig right in. They have a passion, a knowing, and so many healing modalities to help anyone ready and willing! I removed blockages I didn't even know I had and left with a lightness and heady sense of trust that everything was going to work out. Metaphysic lovers , this is the place for you! A little pricey ($100-$200/ hour) but if you're in need of an energetic healing, chakra reading, or an intuitive tarot card reading then it is quite worth it. Heather and David combine their talents to give you a very revealing and inspiring experience. They do their business out of their eccentrically decorated living room. They also sell crystals, jewelry, tarot decks, pendulums etc. I have been going to them once a year for a few years now and each session reveals something different. I have gone for a past life regression, hypnotherapy, aura reading, tarot reading, and reiki. read more

I came to see Heather and David for a past life regression and reading. It was a wonderful experience. I had never done regression prior and didn't know what to expect. I found some issues that were affecting me that I was able to focus on and deal with now. I would have never come to that realization without going to see them. The reading was also very eye opening. It completed the regression and brought everything full circle. Thank you both for your help. I would definitely recommend you both to anyone looking to improve their lives. read more

For anyone who is looking for a genuine review, this will be it. As anyone else on yelp you are looking to go to somewhere or someplace to get the best experience possible. This was the case with zen garden. Flying from CA i personally needed someone to help me fix myself. All I can say is that I feel a weight lifted off my shoulders when I got done with zen garden. They were able to help me find my center, my home, Peace within myself . As for results, you will get out as much as you put into this. They are there just to guide you through this process. You will need to want to get there, the more you put into this the more you will get out. Put your guard down and believe in them. I promise you that you will get the same results, I won't go into details on how the work since everyone is slightly different. Just go in with an open mind and you mind will be filled with answer. some answer you will get without even asking. read more

I started working with Heather and David over two years ago. I suffered from depression, anxiety, and undiagnosed PTSD. I took medication just to get out of bed everyday and get myself to a job that although was well paying, I felt like I was dying inside. Heather and David have an amazing ability to get to the root of whatever issue you have. In my case, it was repressed childhood trauma. I couldn't heal from it because I wasn't aware of it, so I was just stuck. They brought the trauma to the surface so I could heal from it. It was not an easy process, but I couldn't continue to live the way I had been. Heather and David provided a safe and supportive environment for my unique healing process. As a result of this healing process, I made drastic changes to my career and relationships that were more in line with my truth. Friends and family questioned my sanity during this process, but Heather and David stood by me and provided me with the loving support I needed to make the changes I needed to. It was a very messy process, but ultimately I had to break myself down before I could build myself back up. I finally ditched the safety and security of my well-paying job.  My new life is scary at times and I am learning to embrace uncertainty, but I also have a sense of FREEDOM that I never have experienced before. My future is full of possibilities. It is up to myself alone to create my future. Time to step into my POWER!!! I am eternally grateful for Heather and David for allowing me to find myself. Love you guys!!! read more

I was just checking for new reviews as I have been sending a few friends to Yelp to check them out. I noticed I hadn't posted my review. Well I will tell you it was fabulously worded and wonderful but I didn't finish it! Short version: I went a while back and it was an amazing experience. I cried like a baby but not because of sadness, it was a long awaited release. They were both soo wonderful and made me feel safe and comfortable. I still have the item they have you pick when you leave and it still comforts me. Highly recommended and trying get to juggle life to go for another visit. read more

Heather and David are the real thing - they walk their talk. All that needs to be said is they have the ability to help you face your truths. They do not manipulate or have a standard speil rather they provide a safe zone for one to open up and discuss issues. You grow at your own rate and there is no right or wrong path. What I love most is that there is NO BULLSHIT, if you truly are ready to change they help. And if you talk bullshit, they call you on it. One follow up session after 3 years and I am back on track, self empowered and free. Thank you both. read more

AMAZING!! I have been in and out of traditional therapy for about ten years with mixed results. I've been seeing David and Heather for about a month now and the results have been absolutely incredible! Their methods are a bit unconventional, but it's been an eye-opening experience. They are incredibly compassionate and warm, never make me feel judged or stupid for my issues. I love going to see them, with each treatment I feel better and better. I've had issues with depression, anxiety, rage and a few other issues for a long time and I can see them gradually subsiding. Even my physical pains, in particular TMJ and knee pain, have virtually disappeared. My outlook on my life is better than its ever been before and I'm progressing faster than I ever thought was possible. If you're wanting to really get to the bottom of your issue(s), you really shouldn't wait and give them a call as soon as you can. Love these two and can't say enough wonderful things about them! Thank you both for helping me become the person I always knew I could be! I wish I found David and Heather sooner. read more

They are the incredible duo. They really shed the light on something that had been plaguing me forever. Now I feel released and refreshed.

I first went to see Heather & David about 6 months ago basically on a whim. I was in the middle of some pretty stressful personal issues and I was struggling to make the necessary transitions. The first session (craniosacral therapy) was amazing! The clarity I gained from one session with them was unbelievable. Heather & David are nothing short of masterful when it comes to helping you get over your "stuff". Since then I've been back to see them multiple times for more craniosacral therapy, life coaching, and even a psychic reading, which has thus far been very accurate. I credit both of them with much of the personal growth I have been able to achieve in such a relatively short time. Absolutely amazing! I always look forward to my next visit with them. I highly recommend you check them out. read more

My name is Dianna, and I have been working with David and Heather for 2 years to date. I must tell you that of all the "therapy" people I have worked with in the past several years, my results with them has far above and beyond superseded any help I had received from "other professional" people in this arena. The energy work is amazingly succinct and "cuts to the chase" and brings on REAL HEALING!!! Highly recommend this dynamic duo for Reiki Therapy as well as the other modalities they offer. And BTW, their mixers are fun, informative, enjoyable, and I never miss them. And I invite friends and family, and anyone out there, to join in the quest for an elevated quality of life!!! read more
