My first reiki experience (not with Rara) did not resonate at all with me. I shared that too with Rara. We chatted a bit about what's going on in my life and asked if there's anything I wanted to know and I just said whatever comes up! Rara explained what might be experienced and she shared what was coming thru in real time. We get started on the table with a playlist and some deep breaths. Then BOOM! 3 days ago I was notified about a wonderful opportunity with Rachel aka @iamrararivera (ig) I took the leap to get a 20 minute reiki session and had my boyfriend do a session as well. This session(mine) was amazing. As I walked in, we instantly began the process and she told me about how I may or may not feel. I noticed twitching in my thighs, and also felt a numbness in my legs towards the end and it instantly went away when she released my ankles. She immediately started telling me about everything I had been feeling for the past two weeks and it was astonishing!
