In route he quoted me a price and I agreed. When he got to the house he said the toilet was flushing fine and he didn't need to use the auger. He reduced the price and only charged me a service call. I would not use this company, if things go well it's fine but if there is a problem the owner drags his feet to do anything and only does the bare minimum and with us refused to guarantee the work when the repair was done.
