So he kept turning it from side to side to wash away soap, tooth paste, etc. Over time, he basically "unscrewed" the faucet. By the time I noticed, I couldn't tell if it was broken or just needed tightening. Gave Shane a call, he asked to send him pics, then replied back with instructions on how to fix things myself. He could've easily come out to my place, then charge a service and labor fee, but he helped me save money... and now I know that what I thought was a part of the fixture is actually a hard-to-reach nut wrench. LOL. Will be giving him a call the next time I have a real job.

The owner, Matt Skellan is not to be trusted, he does not honor the contract his salesman sold. Over a period of 2 months after the job was "completed" I got a call from Matt, he decided he would resolve the problem in the next week but has never called back or sent anyone to fix it. Contract was written "all hardware added/replaced" Owner said "hinges are not hardware" Find another contractor!

Main issue now is fairly common for kitchens with custom cabinets ... a few of the cabinet doors and drawers need adjusting and hinges / sliders adjusted and/or replaced. I will pay whatever for good service ... just fix the _____ problem. Their name "Kitchen Tune-Up" ... on their home page and Yelp posting say they do "CABINET REPAIRS." Good luck with that. I made initial appointment they canceled saying they don't do the basic repairs we were talking about. What's the definition of "tune up"? Do not recommend, avoid.
