Michael lied about the progress being made on my home and the work he had been completing while I was away working in Michigan. After I came home from 3 weeks. I saw the work they had done and what they had not done. I gave them a 2 week extension to get the work done as I had already paid in full. week 1 of the extension, Michael and Logan showed up to work 6 hours the entire week. I told Michael at the end of week 2, tools will need to be put down, any work unfinished I wanted to be reimbursed for and then they needed to pack up and get out. Michael agreed and said okay. After 5 weeks opening my home to these guys, They destroyed my flooring in my living room, my coffee table, my entertainment center, left garbage everywhere in my home, left inappropriate drawings in my walls, left rotting chicken in my fridge, washed their tools in my kitchen sink. Left a dumpster in my yard [still here 3 weeks later] - and the best part is, they lied about the plumbing rework, and this flooded my entire living room ceiling which I then had to tear out myself due to the water damage. Initially I told Michael and Logan, I wanted to be fair, they did some electrical and mudding work, 30% of all work had been completed at this time, but had been paid in full [at the end of 5 weeks], I told them I would let them keep half the money, but that they needed to pay me back for what work was not completed. [70% of work had not been completed] Michael agreed to this when he came to pick up his tools but asked for a two week extension to get me my money back, I said okay, today is the end of two weeks, I asked him where my money is and he told me he will see me in court and that he will counter sue me if I say anything poor about his company for slander. [texts for proof if anyone wants to reach out to me] Michael and Logan did not show up to work on time 1 day, [9 am] Michael does not have his own vehicle to get to work, [despite being a co-owner of this business] is extremely dishonest, and is now being pursued by me for theft, property damage and fraud. This was my experience with the company. For anyone considering this company, I hope this message is helpful in your considerations. These guys damaged my property my home and stole my money. We needed quite a few small jobs done- patching holes in a wooden eave, putting up a downspout,…read moreputting molding around the bottom of one of the bedroom walls, fixing insulation that squirrels loosened in the attic, putting some sort of wood finish around the back deck and side porch. (We were thinking lattice but they had a better idea when they saw the 2 spots needing this.) James, one of the handy guys, called me a few days before they came to the house, and set up a date and time to come. Their estimate seemed reasonable to my husband and to me. Two handy guys arrived close to 9 a.m. as expected, did measurements and then went to Home Depot with my husband. He bought all the stuff they recommended to do the repairs. (About 300.00 for our situation) They returned by 10 or so, worked all day until about 7 pm and got everything done. We really like what they ended up doing around the porches (it will keep critters from getting under there. We would most definitely hire them again. Professional, creative, considerate of cost.
