So we decided to use them again, and right off the bat there was heavy , shameless pressure from the sales rep to commit right away. Despite our misgivings, we signed on. Since then their communication was poor, and when the work was done, we were left with a crack in the wall that the contract excuses them from fixing. It took a week for someone to call me back just to say they weren't liable. So if you want quality service and a responsive company, I would look elsewhere.

They did a nice job and found a way to fish the wires up from the basement without cutting into the ceiling of a recently finished basement bedroom.
