Sergio is a dream to work with! Communication was top notch!…read more We put up new drywall in our house and Sergio and his crew came in and knocked it out in total of 2.5 days. First day (total of 4 hours) hung all drywall, second day (7 hours) tape and mud - minimum of 2 coats, third day (5 hours) ceiling stamping and sanding. While he was here I asked if he could hit a few spots on corners that needed some love since my dogs over the year have bashed them, he was more than happy to do so. Sergio and his crew were super clean during the process, place was spotless before they left for the day. Not sure if you have ever sanded drywall before but there is more white dust flying around than off a stripper's ass in the 80's! They tarped everything off, vacuumed and swept after each day. The matching of the stamping on the ceiling is something to write to the art world about. I was hoping he would get close, but damn......its closer than nuts on a dog, near perfect match! Which is pretty hard considering my house was built in the 80's and those guys were known to hang out with the before mentioned stripper. Highly recommend!

I can't say enough good things about JC's Floor Sanding and Refinishing! From start to finish, Jack…read moreand his son Brian were the picture of professionalism. Jack kept in touch every single day with phone calls and photo updates, so I always knew exactly where the project stood. That level of communication and transparency is rare and so appreciated. They not only met their promised timeline but actually finished with results that far exceeded my expectations. The floors look absolutely stunning--smooth, even, and brought back to life better than I imagined possible. Jack and Brian clearly take great pride in their work, and it shows in every detail. If you're looking for a trustworthy, skilled, and professional team to refinish your floors, look no further than JC's Floor Sanding and Refinishing. I would give them ten stars if I could!

We recently bought a house in Bellville that had phenomenal wood flooring. Actually, pretty…read morestunning would fit the description nicely. The previous owners had dogs, which naturally means scratches and gouges. We thought it would be a great idea to get them sanded and refinished before moving in furniture. I tried calling 6 companies in the Mansfield, Mt. Vernon, Columbus area. None of them would answer the phone or return the call. Through a family friend, we obtained the name and number for JC's Floor Sanding and Refinishing. We gave them a call, on a weekend, and Jack answered the phone. He suggested we go look at the project, which we did the same day! Jack provided a price that we thought was extremely competitive (comparing it to other sanding/refinishing plus repair projects in our past). A week later, JC's began the project. Here is the really cool part. Daily, we received updates from Jack and the crew. We didn't ask for them, they just provided them. So far, we're experiencing customer service at it's best! When is the last time your contractor updated you daily without you asking or demanding it? Now you see my point!! About a week and a half after the project started, they were finished. This encompassed the entire top floor of the house, which is probably close to 1,500 sq. feet. The finished project looks great and we're extremely pleased with the craftsmanship, the price, and the customer service. To top all of this off, Jack had completed the sanding and coating of the floors on the original installation 15 years prior! Who would ever think that?!?! When he finished, the floors as wonderful as his completed project pictures from 15 years earlier. Now the big question - Would we hire them again or recommend? ABSOLUTELY!! JC's is a contracting company that understands how to do their work (I know that sounds weird...but...), understands customer service, and actually will answer the phone when you call. How can you go wrong?

When my husband and I were choosing someone to come paint our house, we had three different quotes…read more The reason we chose Appleseed was because Heath actually walked through the house and explained to us how they were going to fix nails popping out of the drywall, cracks from settling and how much paint it would take for the job. Once we saw what phenomenal job that he and his team did with the painting. I then asked him to do additional trim, work and painting in the kitchen. We couldn't find trim that we liked, Heath designed, made and installed the trim himself and I couldn't be happier. When our flooring guy ditched us, Heath volunteered and He and his team put the flooring in for us. We couldn't be happier with the work. I would hire Appleseed again.
