Stanziano gave me 80% of my contracted cement . Down sized the concrete pad . The excavator did…read moreit correctly and then they changed it . The owner blamed me. He was there and measured the 9'6'' width and I dug down 8'' right in front of him from the pine tree and hit no roots. All they had to do was put the form where the excavator (foreman of the job marked it. (9'6'') and the apron 10' which some how got changed to 8' !!! . Then claimed the apron had to be uniform with the front of the pad. NOT TRUE. That`s why it`s called an apron. I waisted 3000 dollars on that job. Not wide enough to park on; plus when the forms were removed, nothing was under the right rear of the pad bur AIR !!!,. To add insult to injury, the owner has one of his workers dump a bucket of gravel by the corner; plus the concrete there was only 2 '' thick. THEY OWE ME 600 dollars over charge, plus I`d like my receipt paid in full, that I requested several times. They claimed they were the best around ! I beg to differ !! Don D.

We dug it out ourselves with a backhoe so it was all prepped for concrete and were overcharged for the work ($xx,xxx) Matt's workers showed up on the job whenever they felt like it (sometimes 6am and and other times in the afternoon) to work. They rarely worked a full day. We had to hound them to finish the project because they didn't show up daily to work. Project took longer than expected. Matt was rarely on the job. One of his workers stole from us as well. We still paid him for the work done when complete. 3 years later our retaining wall is leaning and when we reached out to Matt to check it out and let us know what can be done he answered once to let us know he'll call us in a week but we never heard from him and now he refuses to return our calls or respond through text. A photo of our walk out basement is posted on his Google page but be assured it doesn't look like that now. If you are thinking of hiring this company, think again.
