The old sump pump (10 years old) was working fine but based on the expected lifecycle I wanted to be proactive. I already have a Generac 15 KW backup power generator (natural gas powered) so we did not need to put in a battery powered backup. The install took 2-3 hours. Absolutely super 100% job. They did not do what I asked them to do. They were making excuses. So the first time, they did what they thought was wrong. The next week, I called them again and they argued with my mom this time. They finally agreed to do the roto rooter job. They only cleaned it out part way. I will no longer do business with them. I had to call another company to do the job correctly. I lived in my house over 20 years, I should know when my sewer line needs rotorooted. It has backed up enough times to know.

I highly recommend Jacob for your plumbing needs. He is very considerate with charging someone for his expertise, and also is a very nice guy. His work for us included replacing a toilet, ring, etc. as the toilet was leaking due to a blockage in the pipe. He had to use an auger and then as the blockage was deeper in the pipe, he had another machine he used. He did extra work, but only charged the price he quoted.

I chose them because he answered promptly and gave me a quote for the project before asking me my address. He also did not spam me with calls and texts like some of the others did. When he came by my place, Jacob was kind and professional. He identified the problem quickly and made a plan to replace the disposal. I also had him look at the seal on another sink which was not what I called him out for. He did so willingly and was able to complete the repair. He charged an extremely reasonable price for both jobs and I didn't feel like I was being taken advantage of. It has been a few weeks and the sink and disposal are better than ever. Definitely recommend and would call him out again in the future.
