Unreliable! Made an…read moreappointment for a Saturday well in advance. They canceled the appointment on the day set up up after the time they were supposed to arrive. They rescheduled. The next Saturday they did not show at the time set up. Called the office and person answering phone has no idea any appointments are scheduled and what to do about it. The serviceman called and tried to resolve but did give an apology for any of the mix-ups. Told them not to bother.

I find this alarming if you place all of your eggs in one basket, how can you generate service income in a service business industry. I guess it it what it is. They came out and pumped the system, informed me that i needed a new UV bulb, but that an additional service call was required to figure out if the ballast was still functioning. THE SERVICE CALL WAS $175, AND ALL HE DID WAS PUT HIS HAND ON THE BALLAST AND SAID "UH YUP ITS GOOD". He then informed me the UV bulbs were hard to come by and he didn't know how long it would be to get one. I waited and waited and waited, over a month goes by, then when i was outside one day i noticed a number on the side of my system so i called. I was able to order a new bulb with an entire wiring harness, it was delivered in less than 24 hours. All this after waiting 6 weeks with no word. Of course, just like other reviews i've read about this company he happily took my money, i mean why not right? i feel they excel at screwing the customer without any regard to service quality, i also feel they lack any sense of professionalism. Lesson learned, the hard way
