They asked me a few questions about what kind of service I needed, told me the estimate was free and we were off. They set up a time at my convience. The day of my appointment, they called and texted me about 15 minutes before they arrived. In The text they gave me the technicians name and a little background on him. His picture also. Dylan arrived on time he looked very professional, was courteous and seemed very knowledgeable. He assessed the task and gave me an estimate in about ten minutes after he arrived. It took him about an hour or so to install my new toilet ( that I had already purchased before hand). The work was A1. Cleaned up after the work was done and took the old toilet with him also. As far as the value that I paid for the service, which I thought to be a little pricey, it was fair I guess. I would definitely use 1-800Plumber + Air again and would request Dylan to be my tech.

I always research major purchases very thoroughly comparing and reading hours-worth of reviews. After about 6 hours, I sought out two quotes for a new HVAC system - one from my usual, furnace-repair company that I have used for nearly 20 years, and the other from JD Comfort. After my research, every rating service said that one manufacturer was clearly the most reliable: Trane/American Standard. JD Comfort was the closest dealer to me, so I asked them for a quote AND JACKPOT! They came out the next day and installed on Day TWO! My regular dealer quoted a brand I did not want, a week before installation and a 5% higher price?? JD comfort had the best price, 1-day wait for installation (really appreciated due to the week of 90-degree weather), fit me into their hectic schedule , AND their service and COMMUNICATION were incredible!! I will RAVE about their CUSTOMER SERVICE to anyone looking for HVAC services. JD Comfort turned a major, home repair into an actual Positive Experience. I was consistently Impressed by their people.
