needed a plumber when the cartridge in the Moen faucet broke. Sent pictures , model name,…read moreexplanation of what happened and suburb we live in. Not an emergency. We did not want the faucet replaced (the faucet was extremely expensive and is no longer made by Moen) ...just wanted the cold water faucet repaired (it is a wide spread faucet). He told me I had to buy a NEW faucet, he quoted an very high price to replace (replacing the faucet is not hard...our house is not old...I told him the shut offs are working and right below the faucet)....I answered I wanted to save the faucet and he gave me a very sarcastic reply "I bet you do".... (I called Moen for instructions, not only did Moen give me instructions, they sent the parts I needed for free (I did not know they did that ) and we fixed the faucet with Mr Smartie. This plumber is not someone I would recommend.

They came the next day, diagnosed the problem and returned the following day with the adequate equipment to fix the blockage in the drainage system. Sam explained the problem and advised me on how to avoid future issues. He and his assistant were at all times professional and patient when answering my neverending questions. They are now my go-to company for all plumbing problems and would recommend them without hesitation. By the way, that second day they came to resolve the problem was a Friday afternoon and they stayed until the job was done. A lot of companies would've put a job like that on the books for the following week, but not this one. Thanks for your promptness and professionalism!

The good : the plumbers who came to my house were polite and seem like nice people…read more The bad : I hired them to install 3 fixtures and fix 2 leaky fixtures in early July. They came out to see the job, gave me a quote, and we scheduled the services. On the install day, I paid in full but afterward they discovered they would not be able to do 2 of the jobs. (1. I purchased the wrong tub fixture and 2. They don't work on boilers.... Even though they inspected the job for the original quote.) They said they would refund for the jobs I paid for that they were not able to complete. They never refunded me for the work they didn't complete. The work they did "complete" leaked profusely and I had to call them back 4 times to come fix it. The fifth time I called, I was sent to voicemail. I left 2 messages that were never returned and they stopped answering my calls. I called from a different number and they answered right away! I told them my fixtures are still leaking and they never refunded for the work they didn't do. The woman on the phone (who was driving when she took my call) did nothing to conceal her irritation and I could hear someone mocking me in the background, as I was apparently on speaker. She cut me off, yelled at me, told me her husband would have to call to deal with me (I was being SO POLITE- Im not gonna be a jerk to anyone I have to let in my house!!!) and she hung up on me! I never heard back from them and I was left with a huge bill for work that was never completed and a buncha leaky fixtures. I ended up hiring Geisel to come fix all their work.
