All around awesome customer service!!! I received the time frame of 5:00 PM - 6:00 PM for Five Star to come out to me. At 5:00, I got a reminder call from a very professional and energetic young lady to let me know they were out to the house soon. She was great to talk to when most people would be winding down from a work day -- she was very peppy! Soon after the call, Kamran came to the house. He was very professional and polite, examined the issue, gave me a price quote, and then completed the project in great time!! He was very thorough, detail-oriented, and walked me through everything he was going to do. I am so glad to say that we have our "go-to plumber" now thanks to Five Star Plumbing and Heating!! I called Five Star Plumbing and Heating Friday afternoon and Kamran came out the following Monday. He gave me a window of time that he would be there and showed up not only on time during that window, but spot on at the start of it. He came in, checked the drains we were concerned about, and helped us clear them. Kamran also recommended some items to us on Amazon that will help us prevent the issue going forward. He cleaned up after himself and gave us what I consider a reasonable price for the work. Overall, a very good experience and we'll be reaching out to Five Star Plumbing and Heating for any other issues we have in the future. read more

The plumber from Parma came to my home today and fixed a clogged bathroom sink and a broken high pressure toilet in the basement. He was polite, courteous and efficient. Five Star came out to our home on 05/17/17 - and once again - best service ever! We tried them last year for a main valve issue - and not only was the quote better than the competition - but the work was stellar! This recent visit - I needed a shower leak repaired and a new faucet retrofitted - so I called Five Star. They came to the house - were professional - neat - clean and FAST! Cant say enough about five star plumbing again !!! Had the owner out again for a job to be done in my bathroom. To make a long story short I have an old 60s house and couldn't get off the push button for the shower as it was leaking. The owner came out evaluated the problem we were having along with bathroom shut offs that didn't operate correctly. Was back a few days later and found the part that we needed replaced both the cold water and hot water shut off in addition to putting in a new shut off for main water line and the whole housing unit for our shower faucet and water spout in the tub it was a two-day job he was in and out and done and the price was amazing he will be a lifelong plumber for us if you're considering Plumbing, repairs, emergency or anything of that nature definitely give Five Star Plumbing a call there A plus in my book read more

He did not check the main water line for cracks or looseness, he did not manually check the clamps for tightness, and he really didn't do anything. $100 for that call. Fast forward a week (and I'm now on vacation) and I'm informed my garage has water seeping from under the garage door. Yep, a loose fitting came apart and water was running freely for a couple of days. My daughter came over and shut the pump off. Called Jennings and they sent a guy over to reconnect what they failed to secure (in my opinion). What a mess I found upon my return. They are unwilling to help with repairs after sharing my concerns and shock. So to you my friends, think on these set of facts before calling.

Friends pumped my tire enough that I was able to get to Van's and again, they patched/fixed my tire:$27. They couldn't estimate how long it would take for them to get to my vehicle and offered to take me home and pick me up when it was ready. THAT my friends is service. Now before anyone suggests otherwise...in 50 years of driving I ever had a flat tire . When I signed the papers for both my financing and insurance I opted out for roadside assistance and extended warranty to save a few $$$. Just go to Van's!

Kamran did an excellent job on our bathroom. He was an extremely hard worker, he came to the house at our convenience and after he was finished with the job, he even cleaned up the bathroom! Karman is the best plumber available. He arrived on time and really cared about solving the problem. He promptly diagnosed the problem and immediately applied the correct solution, solving the problem within a half hour. And he cleaned up thoroughly, leaving the job site as he found it.
