When our 22 year old furnace died on a particularly cold Sunday, Bay sent a tech out within a couple of hours to have a look. When we determined that a replacement was the best option, Bay moved around some existing appointments to have us prioritized and within a few days we were up and running. Highly recommended!!! Thanks to Chris for getting us set up and scheduled. The install crew of Shawn, Jerry, and Tawnee were prompt, professional, and knowledgeable. They also really appeared to enjoy their work and working together, and that goes a long way too. We'd also like to thank Jose for his many years of help. He has also worked on the HVAC of many of our neighbors and is a bit of a legend on our street.

Just a few hours later, they had found a supplier that had a unit that would fit, cutting the larger labor costs and modification costs! It was the best news after a long road trying to get this done. The guys who put it in did an amazing job, especially dealing with the tight space they had to work with.
