When I followed up, he was openly belligerent, dismissive, and shockingly hostile--simply because I expected the company to follow through on a scheduled service. There was no effort to resolve the issue, only anger and deflection. This is not how any customer should be treated, especially by a service provider entrusted with essential home maintenance. There were never any issues. I really feel I was taken advantage of. I had no choice but to pay him. Another family in our neighborhood had the same issue. My goal is not to see his truck on our street again!
