The original contractor disappeared before All-Star arrived and they never checked their work and we had no contact for 2 days! All-Star saved us from getting screwed out of $3500 by the others! Even though the pumping job was completed (clean up etc) and All-Star had no obligation to do so, they still called a couple days later just to see how things were going and if we were able to get the pump replaced. It's the little things like this (communication, honesty, follow-up, NO BS) and when someone goes out of his way to help and show they care!! Trust All-Star to do it right - THANKS!
