If it were cheap, it would be a good deal. Unfortunately, they are not cheap. For $5,000 they could probably take the time to loosen the brackets before yanking on the downspouts. They could put the dirt below the turf pieces instead of the other way around, and they could show up to their appointments, or at least provide a phone call if they cannot.
