Here's an example how he's good and thinks out of the box. I bought the suggested Sonos sound bar mount but he suggested using his since the sound bar can move with the TV once we swivel it. If he used the Sonos mount, it was stay on the wall. He also suggested using the supplied HDMI cord Sonos supplied versus the 3rd party I got from Amazon. I'd done this many times before I went into the lobby and the Covenant security guard took my keys and refused to give them back because "the paper work was done." . No security guard can take your property and refuse to give it back. When I objected to her legality, she told me I could not go into the hospital. . And if I had done what she said (let her have my property) I could have gone in. Covenant security guards make up the laws if they don't like what you do. She didn't like that I had not consented and she could not keep my property. So she was going to pull her muscle and keep me out. She reveled in it. I objected and she called more guards who immediately told me to shut up that she was right. They threatened to throw me on the ground, handcuff me and take me to jail where I would not get out. I asked on what grounds? They moved in on me at least four huge black males. I am 68 yrs old, white, female, 4'11" 90 lbs. I am a grandma nurse trying to help a short nursing staff and family. The Florida Department of Law Enforcement has opened an investigation. When nursing staff is short it is very dangerous to the patients. My relative needed water to pee or she could not be released. She sat there for 3 hours before she got any water. She wasn't the only one. These black thug security guards surrounded me threatening me because I dared to call out their sister in the hood. If you go to yelp there are other posts about what a racist place St. Anthony's Hospital is. Don't take my worked for it. I called this security company to complain and the lady on the phone was as horrible as the security guard. No surprise there. Although, I recorded that so I have my proof. I suggest reading the reviews about Covenant before hiring them. It's a sham of a place. And they don't care about law and order. As a matter of fact the lady was misquoting it, but that's a complaint for another day.
