Every time I needed something fix, I would enter the service in the site and Linda would call me the same day to fix the issue. I never had a situation where she could not fix anything. The rent was affordable and we never had an issue with the rent going sky rocket high. I appreciate Linda's service. As a matter fact, this year the reason why I am no longer renting from Linda is because she helped me buy a house! I didn't think I could afford to buy a house. Linda dedicated so much time to showing us homes and all the possibilities in several locations that we were interested in like South Tampa, Palm Harbor, Tarpon Springs, wherever we thought we wanted to look at a house. There was even an entire day that she dedicated to us and we were able to view 12 houses throughout all of the locations I just mentioned. Linda was there and did in-depth research on each home, could answer all of our questions for each individual home, she knew the neighborhoods, school zones, taxes, you name it- Linda had the info. Charged me $700. or what was supposed to be a super clean-up job…read more 2700 SF single family house. $700. should be a rally good job. Property was fully renovated new floors, kitchen bathroom, garage has epoxy flooring. Property was left for them broom clean. I live on Fl. East coast and came to property 10 days after job was supposidly complete. They didn't do half of what was promised All surface cleaning, not deep cleaned as promised. When I omplained they sid they would send someone back to do 1 hour of work. Anything over 1 hour was $60. per hour. All this after I already paid them $700. They had my money, refused to complete the job. Less than 1 str review. Bad operators. Took advantage of me not being there to inspect the work. I made the mistake of paying them before inspecting the work. Live and learn. I got ripped off.
