Fortunately I found kris, the owner of Bubble's Wrap and Send. I called her and presented my challenge of packing, shipping and wanting to track my shipment till it arrived in Australia. Many other places told me after it leaves the US there's absolutely no way to track it. Well, I'm hear to tell you that Kris knows a way and I received emails from the day it was shipped, leaving the US, it's arrival in Sydney until it touched my daughter's address. Everything was shipped without any damage because Kris has many years of packaging experience. Her knowledge of what foreign countries require in order to gain entry is invaluable. I traveled further than I normally would to ship but after realizing Kris's expertise and seeing the results I'll never go anywhere else. Also the staff does not advise you of a quicker way than waiting that week is for you to email the card have them do it themselves and send it to you which would take a couple days as opposed to 7 days . This is 2026 . A week of waiting for someone to show up . The customers inconvenience. They only go out to certain areas in Florida on certain days so you were stuck waiting on their timetable they don't do anything on Fridays and according to their staff after the years of Technology available they cannot take emails or other electronic Transmissions from law enforcement agencies for Life Scan fingerprints. You are cornered into waiting on their own timetable . I will say interactions with some of the staff not as nice as what some of the reviews say . And we will leave it at that they don't give you the options of getting hard copies and sending them in ahead of time because if you don't ask they don't tell . You would be able to send it today from a UPS store or even have to go into law enforcement to them quicker but then again let's make everybody wait because of our lack of personnel to be available to accommodate other people's schedule . So you have to wait for the certain day that they go out a certain area in Florida

So sad to here of the closed Downtown Safety Harbor USPS, but thank goodness for the Newly Opened Post Office Square! For downtown Safety Harbor Residents, it has been a joy to go to the regular Post Office downtown for many years. It relocated out of downtown leaving some residents hanging. Guess what? Now Post Office Square not only offers what the Post office can do, but a whole lot more. Post office square can do USPS stuff, FedEx, DHL, and in a little bit fingerprinting services too (they had the machine in the office, it just needed to be setup in the coming weeks). I brought in a package to ship that needed a little attention in the packing department (i.e. I didn't have tape at home, and I brought an weird box in) and the staff at Post Office Square Re-packaged everything for me safely and got my stuff to it's destination. I also learned that you can open a Private Mailbox here, it's like a P.O. box but with a real address! They will even grab stuff from Amazon for you! Are you a snowbird and want your mail to be down here in Safety Harbor and shipped up to you in NY or Michigan when you're up there for the Summers? Oh they will do this for you too! Had a great experience here and can't wait to continue to do business with them. As a bonus they have plenty of parking, and it's a convenient downtown location.
